Not sure if this will answer your question but on this weeks Weekend Open Thread, a question was asked reference to running out of super secret badges for finishing M n M albums. Seems there are only 248 in circulation; therefore, if you are beyond that, then I would contact EA support to get them working on getting the others. Hope this helps.

At the time this question was asked there weren’t enough M&M Badges to complete 249 albums. That didn’t occur until May 15th.
