I want to e mail EA and tell them what I think of their embedded games that do not load or take forever when they do. Went to help and after answering way to many questions it kept referring me to forums. Not matter which category I picked it would not let me e mail. Not customer friendly anymore? What is happening to our pogo???

Something to try: when the help site asks you to log in, make sure you log in with your Club Pogo username and password, not your email address.
I was just online with their Live Chat Help. I simply clicked “Help” at the top of the Pogo home page. It took me to the EA Help Page. It asked me to log in and after I logged in, where on the right it says Talk to a game advisor… I went there, chose the appropriate drop down menus and got to chat with a customer service rep.
If you didn’t want to chat but just write an email, go to the Talk to a game advisor, select Pogo, click an game, then click on “Feedback” and it will ask you whether you wish to Live Chat or Email. Be sure to select Feedback on the drop down menu.
It depends what you are putting in for the subject and/or game. Some will give you the option of live chat, some will only give you the option of email.
OOpps, I meant to say click any game, not an game. Hope this helps you.
Good luck with customer service, or the lack of. I tried the chat thing. All I was connected to were people that speak very broken English……so frustrated!
