Has anyone earned the 4,000 Stars or 4,000 Arrow Game Award badges in Cookie Connect yet?

Here’s the background information:
-I play the game each day. I take a few tries at the Daily Challenge, and then play a few rounds of lower levels for stars, arrows, and making 2 special cookies go off with 1 move.
– On 5/4/2021 I earned the Game Award Badge for making 10,000 Special Cookies.

Here’s the problem:
-On 11/17/2020 Pogo released Game Award badges for making 4,000 Arrow Cookies and another for making 4,000 Star Cookies
(in subsequent releases they have issued badges for 6,000 for each and 7,500 for each)
– How can I have made 10,000 Special Cookies but NOT have made 4,000 Stars or 4,000 Arrows by now? :?: :!: :cry:

Here’s the “rub”:
Once I had a similar question and Pogo_Llama went to the “Cookie Connect team”. The result was that they changed, to “clarify”, the criteria on the badges I asked about, which completely changed the meaning from what was originally written as the criteria….and, of course, worked against me earning them.

Here’s my questions:
-Has anyone earned the 4,000 Stars or 4,000 Arrow Game Award badges yet?
-If so, do you have any insight about them?

I earned the 4000 arrows badge May 25.  I got the 10,000 special cookies May 4, probably the day it was released.  I didn’t win the 4000 stars badge yet but there are 2 types of arrows. Maybe when those badges came out we started at 0. I am done with all the levels so I have played a lot.

I got my 8000 both arrows and stars in May the same day I got my 10,000. I remember at one time just sitting and playing level 5 for hours just to build up those two specials. I also started at the beginning and replayed all levels again going for those 5-moves badges. Some badges have grandfathered in play previous to their coming out and others have not.

Thanks to you both, Caren and Rose, for your responses. They kinda sorta give me hope  :).
Here’s another “funny” thing: The Cookie Power 10000 Badge – Create 10000 special cookies badge was released with the release of May 18, 2021.
So how/why it came to me with a date of May 4, 2021 is beyond me as is how/why it isn’t included in my Game Award Album – what gives with that?

A player who answered me on the Pogo Forum found the 10,000 Badge in their Game Award Album, just out of order-misplaced. I also found mine in the same misplaced place.
