You can go to their profile and send a friends request. They will not be added unless they accept the friends request.

I tried to send my daughter a Guest Pass – but the system doesn’t allow it. If I want to send a Guest Pass to someone who is not yet registered (even with free account) – it seems I can’t. Does the person have to register, and then become my friend, and then I can send a Guest Pass? It seems like a lot of work. Is there an easier way?

The person does not have to be on your friends list to send a guest pass.

Thanks – I put in too much information. Now that I have manually put in the email address, it works!
