They have us as I bronze, 5 Silver and 37 Gold because they didn’t give us the 9 gold we just earned this past tournament ending on February 4th. I personally have 54 golds. They gave each person the gold but not the team.
EA doesn’t have a specific team to help with this so members need to post to draw attention I was told by customer service.
I think they need to also not just rank us up by golds but by percentages too. Some teams are ahead only because they get gold with ranks in the 200-300’s and others get gold and rank in the 50’s
Never have a I been in a challenge where it’s based on one thing and not percentages too.
I was told they have the weekend off and we need to complain to fix this bug or it won’t be done because it’s not like the site went down.

Probably not. I’m not even going to bother wasting my time with Pogo’s customer service.
I am sure that they are doing that in the ranking. Those teams in places 1 – 10 on the overall leaderboards all have the exact same amount of gold ribbons, so I presume that Pogo has then determined whether they place at No:1 or No:10 by the position overall that they reached in each game or their scores overall in the tournaments. So those ranking at under 50 are placed higher than those who ranked in the 200’s.
As to your missing gold ribbons for your team – I am so sorry, I would be devastated if that happened to our team, but realistically I doubt that Customer Service will fix your problem, and you are more likely to get a resolution by contacting Bret through your normal email.
Customer Service rarely fixes minor problems like this. What difference does it make whether a team has one more or less gold ribbons. No one sees them unless they go on your name and why would they do this anyway?
