I have noticed in Facebook that when I end a game with less than 5 balloons, but where I do not win the game, I get get 10XP for less than 5 balloons left.
When playing in Pogo, you only get the bonus tokens for less than 5 balloons when you release all the prizes in the game.

It’s not a qlitch, it’s how the XP points are set up. If you look at the XP tab it tell you how many XP points you get for each requirement. One requirement is to drop all the prizes, the other is to leave 5 or less balloons. It does not say leave less than 5 balloons and drop all prizes.
