I went to live chat for a friend because she was unavailable this week to do her weekly/personal badges to have them manually added to her account & was turned down twice. Is this something new? On my own account I’ve gone to live chat the past 3-4 weeks because I wasn’t able to finish them & was awarded them no questions asked. This time I was told they don’t do that and it’s not possible. Did Pogo make changes in that dept?
