I received a super secret badge titled “Still Standing” on Feb, 17, 2022. I have a basic list of super secret badges I have received which also shows it it having been received on Feb. 18, 2017 (5 years ago). I checked Rewards and it has been removed from that earlier date,
I tried e-mailing pogo_sconnie but when I later checked under “Sent” there is no record of it. Should I try EA Help (which translates into NO Help)? Chat or e-mail?
I’ve never had a problem emailing Pogo_Sconnie. We go back and forth over issues all the time. I would try again, but I will do almost anything other than going to customer service.
OldBlue finally got his badges from customer service, but it took 8 trips to CS, and think I read something about 7 1/2 hours in the forums.
6 sessions in chat and 2 sessions that i had EA call me back on the phone…the call on the phone was the best , we almost had it the first call and the second time it they were issued.
The total time spent was as Mama stated about 7.5 hours and horribly frustrating to re-explain each and every time everything right down to how one wins a Super Secret mix and match badge and what albums are.
I will say this…before you contact them get your ducks lined up…sounds like you already have a basic spreadsheet for your badges won.
1 Question that every single tech will ask is what badge did you not get?…this of course is not possible to answer as they are randomly distributed, I worked around this by checking Lura’s handy dandy BH list of all the Super Secret Badges and chose 2 that I did not have so I could relay a badge name. Once they had the names of the badges it was a matter of mins to resolve…but you need the right techie and chatting on the phone is easier to tell them how Pogo works.( You must take into consideration that the techies might know nothing about Pogo Games, because EA is huge there’s 100’s of games besides Pogo Games, they simply can’t know everything about every game so you might have to explain how it works.)

I received my 3 M&M Completion Badges overnight. When I completed an album last weekend I received a completion badge that was not a duplicate. Hopefully everything is fixed and working properly again.
