I can get as far as the gem store, then when i click on a package, it says I’m not authorized to make this purchase. I have never had trouble with purchasing gems!
Is there anyone that knows what to do?

I’m sure you tried the normal stuff…clearing history and trying different browsers. This sounds like a problem where you will need to contact Pogo customer service. I would use the “call back” feature. I think it’s much easier when you can speak to someone.
Are you using VPN? When purchasing Pogo gems with a creditcard, turn VPN off. After the purchase you can turn it on again.

Don’t know what VPN is…but i have used a debit card several times before.
I had this same issue. Then I went to “old” Pogo and was able to purchase them without an issue.
Thank you so much Regina93063. I have tried multiple times to purchase gems. I even talked to a tech, but to no avail. Still can’t change my payment method on profile. Even if I go to “old” pogo. But was able to purchase gems thru “ old “ pogo. I really appreciate your info. I tried it & it worked. Thank you, thank you.
