Do the substitute badges for the marathon become available at a normal price later on?

I have been lucky enough (so far) to be able to complete the weekly marathon challenges with the original set of challenges. However, there are some of the substitute badges that are interesting but not for 40 gems.
I can’t remember if these would be available at a normal price later on or not. Does anyone else remember?

Thank you Mom’s. I am not willing to spend 40 gems for them but would have considered them otherwise.
