I’ve tried to contact CS on 3 different browsers. Each time I get to where you choose the contact method, i.e. live chat, you can’t select them. I’ve been trying for 2 days now.
I actually spoke to customer service via live chat around 10:30 am this morning due to the lac thereof fixing the Spades ratings system. I was using Chrome as my web browser.
I can’t get to live chat either. I submitted a question here on that issue detailing exactly the steps I used but it freezes up when it asks me to log in. It keep coming back to the same page over and over again.
Why didn’t we get the 27,000 tokens as it says for thursday. And another 27,000 tokens if we came back after 5 pm. Some kind of special for 9th anniversary. Bah Hum bug
I was able to get Customer Service today using the Firefox browser. I used the email choice instead of the live chat choice but the ‘live chat’ option WAS available. I just didn’t see it necessary for me to use it.
thanks to moms help yesterday i was able to get through to Customerservice, it took a little but was able to mail them an e-mail, and I must say they were very nice and had my Badges for the 3 accounts with hin 1 hour, and this was on IE, thanks again Moms
I was finally able to log in and get tolive chat, but I had to switch to the Firefox browser. For some reason Internet Explorer wouldn’t work. Firefox worked just fine.
I was able to contact them twice on Wed afternoon concerning the iDevice badge that wasn’t tracking progress, but haven’t tried since then.
I was on this computer, running Win 7 and using IE9.
That was the last time I was able to get on with them Moms. I’m trying to contact them for a friend’s iDevice badge as well.
I have had that happen to me as well. I just keep re-trying over and over when I first can not get through and eventually it works.
