First of all I want to thank “Storm” for helping me try to solve a pop-up problem I’m having. I tried all the steps recommended , twice, but I’m still having problems. I have also tried to get into a chat with technical support using the steps that should take me there but, NO LUCK ~~I have tried at different times during the last few days. Does anyone know what may be going on with Pogo’s Help Center. ? Thank you

    I know for sure that it was working yesterday b/c we had a BH member go there for a problem.

    What are you getting when you sign into Origin?

    I also used like chat yesterday with success! The wait time showed it was going to be around 10-15 minutes but was chatting with a rep in under 6 or 7 minutes. The rep that helped me was efficient and very accommodating!

    When you say you can’t get there what is it doing? Is it wait wait wait with no help or steps that should work and don’t? Maybe I could help if you still need it!

    Thank you MOMS and KB~~Here is what I do: I press “HELP” and then EA Help for Contact Us ~~The next screen is “Origin” showing “origin Deals and Specials ~~I go to the top bar and press EA Help drop down and then press “Contact Us”. The next screen allows me to ask for “Contact a Game Advisor” That goes to “Tell us how we can help” and I type in my problem and press “Find Solutions ~~Next screen asks for a product ~~I put in “POGO” / “General Technical Support” and then press Find Solutions~~Next screen asks to “Expand” and I go to the bottom and press “I Still Need Help” and it takes me to the screen for “ANSWER HQ” and if I press that I’m sent back to Origin !!!!!

    Are you signing in first? You need to sign into Origin using your Pogo ID and password, and in order to do this you must allow 3rd party cookies.

    The sign in link in on the upper right hand side of the Origin page.

    Yes, I’m signing in first. However, I have a different “login” from my Pogo ID and Password . Just as I have a different ID and Password for this site. So, I can’t imagine what’s happening. Thanks, MOMS for your thoughts ~~If I’m doing something wrong ~~ ?????

    Have you been able to get to live chat before?

    I’m thinking that they can’t identify you as a Club Pogo member and that is why you aren’t getting the live chat option. Live chat is only available to Club members.

    If that’s not it I have no idea, sorry.

    Weird…years ago I had I had always thought I used a different sign in and password too BUT one day I tried my “current” password on pogo to login and it worked! Unless I was dreaming I never changed that password since it had been a while since using EA help! It worked with my screenname and current password! I would try you never know it might work!

    You must use your Pogo screen name & Pogo password. If you’re still experiencing problems contacting help, please clear your caches & browser history, sign out of Pogo & close your browser. Then relaunch & sign into Pogo manually (no bookmarks) entering the entire URL http://www.pogo.com
