Last mid-week I clicked on one of Lura’s links. (Can’t remember which one.) It came up with a screen size Badge Hungry site with 2+inch side colums of colore tiles. Print was microscopic. It was frozen solid. The back arrow got me no place, but I could get off using the red X. Now3, Google comes up with that frozen page with any link to BH I try. Firefox and EI work. But I want to use Chrome. I have un-instaled and re-installed Google, but can’t get rid of the glitch. Also, “defraged”. etc. So, in order to get BH I have to switch browsers. Duh…haven’t a clue. Now what?
Now any link to BH using Google takes me to that huge frozen page. I have un-and re-installed Google, and also “Defraged”. Firefox and IE work fine, but I want to use Google Chrome. How can I get the frozen page off Google?

The only thing I can think of is to clear the Browser Data (Options / Under the Hood). Check at least the top 4 and From the beginning of time. I don’t know if this will do anything since uninstalling probably clears everything.
I don’t understand why Google is involved with BH? Don’t you just go to http://www.badgehungry.com? Are you searching for past posts?
Thanks for the help, Caren. Google Chrome is my browser of choice. I’ll try the “Under the Hood” thing.
Hey jigsawing, after you open a chrome window, try holding down control and hitting the + key. (the + key is usually immediately to the left of the backspace key and usually 2 keys to the right of the 9 key above the QWERTY row). Control + makes all of the text on a website bigger – alternatively, control – mines all of the text of a website smaller.
In summary:
1) Open up Chrome
2) Hold ctrl down
3) Push + key
Control + makes
That is very strange that even after uninstalling your browser it would still link you to that page. Maybe do a system restore if all else fails.
