I just bought a 760 gem package. But on the checkout (and in the confirmation email) it said something like the following:

Gem Addition: 80 gems.
New Balance: 797 gems.

This indicates to me that I only added 80 gems, but I know I sure as heck didn’t have 717 before that lol. So if this just showing up strangely but will post to my checking account correctly?

I have not purchased this gem package yet but my suggestion would be to see how the transaction posts to your bank acct/CC. It looks like it did add the gems but may have send a wonky confirmation (heaven knows that is not like Pogo at all – LOL). Then if there is something off kilter to contact the ever so lovely CS gurus :)

You can check your gem transaction record, that will tell you how many you had before your purchase, how many you added, and your new balance.

When you go to Pogo just sign into “My Account” …..you can find the link at the top of the page, to the right of your Pogo ID

Once you are signed in just look on the right hand side. Your gem balance is shown and there is a link under that called “Gem Transaction Record”

You should find all the info you need there.

Yesterday i purchased the 350 package and the same thing happened to me. I started with 25 added 350 for a total of 375. When I hit confirm it said i had purchased the 170 package for 19.99 but I had a total of 375 gems. I immediately checked my pogo account and my checking account and all is well. I guess it’s just a glitch at the confirmation screen.
