Have requested reset 4 times and links don’t open

    I can’t. It says my email is wrong or expired.
    When attempt to reset, the button to submit your email address
    for an email with the reset instructions and I assume a link–
    doesn’t work.

    I also researched EA’s corporate phone number and it’s been disconnected.
    The same phone number they’re showing on SEC filings the past 2 wks
    —HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. ???

    You can’t email them, you can’t call them and suddenly, I can’t login.
    I’ve been with pogo since they were ten.net. I find this situation
    unbelievable and unacceptable.

    I think it constitutes FRAUD. They took my money for Club
    membership and over 600 gems, then disappeared!

    Have you tried another browser? Sometimes 1 browser works better than another. Why? No idea, but it does.

    Have you tried to contact Pogo by emailing editor@pogo.com?

    You need to contact Pogo, not EA. Yes, Pogo is owned by EA, but the reps at EA have little or no knowledge of what to do for a Pogo problem. Just like the Pogo reps probably couldn’t answer a question about an EA problem.

    They didn’t disappear, they are on the same internet website that they were on yesterday, and the same one that they will be on tomorrow.

    I am on Chrome and had a bit of trying . I first used the email and it said no account known ….then i used my pogo name and pw and got in right away .GL

    rchvanho – Your problem was something totally different. What you experienced this morning was b/c Pogo has switched the sign in page from Pogo to EA.

    If you got signed in with your Pogo ID you will have a problem down the road, just like my 3rd account. My main account & Holly’s account have never had another ID associated with their email addresses, so converted over to EA with no problem.

    Unfortunately my 3rd account has shared another email address with other free accounts over the years. And EA does not acknowledge a Club account over a free account. The last Pogo account that you used on that email is what EA recognizes as the owner of that email address. Even though I changed the email addresses months ago it didn’t help. So I already know it’s not going to be easy to convert my 3rd Club account over to EA..
