Yes. Have tried everything and cannot get in. I also had no problems earlier yesterday. Still not able to sign in and it’s now the next day. Hope someone can HELP US with problem
I was forced to change my passwords. I was able to sign in after I did that thru my emails.
How did you change password on accounts? I’ve tried and still not getting anywhere
When you try to sign in you should see this message…
Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password.
Click on “reset your password” and that will send a message to your email account, the one that you use to sign in with. There will be a link in the email to change your password. Just make sure your new password meets all the requirements. Once you do that it should allow you to sign in with your new password.
If you do not have access to that email you will have to contact customer service. Good Luck!

Yes, you can have as many as you want as long as they all have a different email address.
WHEW!!! Thought that might have been problem. Again Thank You for your HELP Suz. Would be LOST without YOU and BadgeHungry. Still CANNOT sign in with MAIN Account I use, but hopefully problem fixed soon. Kailysmama2 (Peggy)
