When doing Trivial and Crossword Cove why is there two boxes that come up and run codes in them to get the games started but I noticed that when doing Word Search there is only one.
I use IE. I get the two boxes also for some games, and have had them since the last java update I believe. I don’t “read code” or anything as exciting, but in reading the messages it seems to me that the first box stops quickly and says something about java being present – a java “test” so to speak. The second box then loads everything related to the game you are playing and the room you are playing in and keeps running code as you play the game.
I figured it was just some new and improved two-tiered system as I haven’t had any problems getting in to play games and haven’t been “booted” at all.
Which browser are you using?
I just loaded both Crossword Cove and Trivial Pursuit in Google Chrome and was promoted with just the one message below:
‘Java(TM) needs your permission to run.’
‘Run this Time’ or ‘Always run on this site.’
I selected ‘Run this Time’ and the game loaded as normal.
If you’re not experiencing any issues with Java then I really wouldn’t worry about it.
