Still not working for me either
Duann Marett says
Matching Moments has not worked for me since yesterday, and Merge Academy has not worked correctly for me or my husband for weeks. Very Frustrating!
Moneyhoney85020 says
Same here it started yesterday with it cannot save error.
Patti OConnor says
Same here ! tried to start the game for the last 10 minutes, keeps popping up with “Unfortunately, your progress could not be saved. Do you want to try saving again?
Yet I have not even been in it for over 24 hours.. Ahhh Fun Fun pogo Tuesday
Bafflingbarnacles says
Only doing tri peaks, aces up and world class so won’t get much in this event. The daily free spins usually do give me pogis though but it seems they removed a lot of those too.
Jill 701 says
Same thing as yesterday for me too, on Matching Moments. Thought with the challenge today it would be fixed. SILLY ME! I forgot this is POGO.
Janice says
Merge Academy – Complete 20 orders.
If you open multiple windows (browser windows) in Merge Academy, when you are ready to complete an order, ever how many you open each one will count toward the goal for the 20 orders badge. Also, if you do this whatever amount of energy shows for the grid game for that particular order it will apply to the grid game each time you complete one of those widows. For example: if you open 10 windows to complete orders and the grid award is 20 then it will award the grid game 200 energy. The energy in the regular game will only count once but you will get one order for each widow for a total of 10.
You can also do this for the 2 order daily in the grid game by opening 2 windows in the grid game.
Sugarrider says
Yes, same thing as yesterday that Matching Moments won’t work. You would think that they would have fixed this with the challenge. Only can hope it gets fixed fast.
LailaNL says
Matching Moments is not loading, it’s always an issue with pogo. I absolutely DON’T like there’s never a comment or an apology in the forums forever. Same is with card scramble, it’s telling me for months there is no new task available. I even did a live chat, didn’t help either. Why do I pay for this? It’s pathetic already.
Linda says
Don’t mean to sound like Moaning Myrtle but, for me, Pogo’s events are “not my cup of tea” anymore. Out of the 16 challenges, I’m only doing half of them. Just too many games that are not fun, not working, or power-up hungry. However, will enjoy the remaining 8 games left.
Good luck to everyone who will complete this event–enjoy and have fun!!!!
LINDA ROBERTS says
same here
Janet says
me 3
connie says
Same here too
Bronze says
I picked out 8 games also. No more clicking frenzy for me.
Nebra Peters says
I’m with you!
Patti OConnor says
Same here Linda – at least for this one, we can pick the ones we like to play when we want.
I don’t like the challenges which force games in order, of which usually has the games I will play at the end.. oh might get one I like before the bad ones.
Many of the latest challenges wanted too much to accomplish in short timeframe in my opinion
hope Matching Moments gets fixed I like that one
Well GOOD LUCK everyone ..
Kristin says
Can someone please tell me how to get the merge bonus in Farm Merge Valley?
Oldblue153 says
simply merge a group of 5…i bet it works with a group of 3 too.
Kristin says
Thank you!! It worked with 5.
Rebecca A White says
For farm merge how do you get 20 merge bonuses?
ROSE says
A merge bonus is when you merge 5 items at once — instead of just 3.
Kona says
WOW,
Pogo is really slow. Looks like Dial-Up.

LYNN ANDREWS says
It looks like “Technical Troubles Tuesday” is now messing with Farm Merge. (It’s already bad enough I that I am owed 140 crates from the constellation). I stopped playing about 4 hours ago with 32/80 energy. I came back expecting to see at least 65/80. It was still at 32/80.
Sylvia Cobb says
so tired of these challenges, please make sure these games work before you start the challenges. very frustrating.
SandyJWsjw says
I haven’t been able to get into my Matching Moments game for two days. The forums are down?? So, I’m hoping someone in Pogo World sees this and helps to fix it.
users9425 says
Is pogo aware that we can’t load magic moments?
Dory says
Apparently Pogo Sconnie isn’t around anymore either. Tried to email him yesterday, couldn’t do it. Forums down and their ‘new, improved’ area for information has things dated back in July. I’m due to renew in October, still getting my 75 cents/wk entertainment out of Pogo, so I’ll do it, but I’m sure not enjoying it like I used to.
Jo says
No way to explain this. No issues with Matching Momenta, finished the badge.
However, my friend is having same issue as many others. Just tried signing into his account, went into the game and does NOT work with his account, at all.
Went back into my account, went back into the game, and again, game works fine with my account.
Let Pogo explain that one.
Brenda M. says
Matching Moments isn’t working for a lot of us. You’re a lucky one!
Shelia says
Same here!!
Tommi Brodhead says
Well – another day, another problem with Matching Moments not loading. I can’t believe it’s been this long. They usually fix within 2-3 days,, but this is ridiculous. I know Sconnie cannot help, so I’m not even going to try to ask him. .
For the amount of money many of us here on Badge Hungry spend, we should be able yo get faster answers and results. This is jus ridiculous. I’ll keep checking, but I don’t think they even care anymore.
Tommi (TommiRB)
MomsBassetHound says
I actually had a response from Pogo_Sconnie yesterday and he said there was no problem on his end. I told him that he should look at the hundreds of comments in the Pogo forums.
I was just speaking to a friend this morning who is able to load the game. That makes it sound like a server problem. She was using Edge, the same as I use.
As long as EA/Pogo thinks everything is okay the longer it will take to be fixed for us.
Suz
Cher says
Suz…. Thanks for the update. I am getting more disheartened every day. I, and so many others, can’t do the challenge for the spinner event. It just seems like they don’t care anymore. It makes me so sad!🥲
Have a nice day!
Cher. 😊
Tommi Brodhead says
Thanks Suz – I also use Edge but I also tried Chrome and nothing. I also went to my desktop computer and tried both there as well. I did see a few people mention they were able to load the game but most of us can’t. All they need to do is look at the number of people playing, and it is very low compared to what it should be.
I’ll keep trying.
Tommi
Jo says
I mentioned in earlier comment. I was and still able to load and play Matching Moments.
My friend cannot load or play the game, same as others.
The game works for me on Edge, Firefox and my Kindle Fire.
Since it works for me, I offered to help my friend, signed into his account. Tried both Edge AND Firefox. Under HIS account, the game will not work at all. Went back to my account, same computer. And again, under MY account, the game works fine.
Now seeing the very strange way this is working, I cannot see this as being a server issue. I almost want to say it’s an account issue, and I realize that doesn’t make sense, but then explain why one account works and one doesn’t on very same computer.
Cher says
Isn’t it a little sad that we have to figure out these things by ourselves? I’m fed up!
Cher. 😡
Brenda M. says
Matching Moments is back now. I’m really perturbed that we had to wait so long!!!
Cher says
I’m able to load Matching Moments, but as soon as I press play, it freezes. This is how this whole mess started.
Cher 😡
Margarete Scow says
Matching Moments is working for my husband but not for me. I have tried Firefox, Edge and Google, no luck. Desktop and laptop don’t work either. My husband uses Edge and it worked for him.
Now I don’t get credit for the crates earned in Farm Merge Valley. Not from the spinner or the Elyra the hopeful. Was suppose to get 40…nada
just frustrated, takes the fun out of playing
users9425 says
I think it’s an account issue..
Kona says
Hey,
I feel your pain. I just quit playing MM. This is what EA says…same old stuff. But here it is.

AI Overview
To fix loading issues for Matching Moments on Pogo, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or switching to an InPrivate/Incognito window. [1, 2]
Troubleshooting Loading Issues
Clear Cache: Delete your browser’s temporary files and cookies, then restart the browser.
• Try Incognito Mode: Open a private browsing window (like InPrivate in Edge) to load the game without extension interference.
• Disable Extensions: Turn off ad-blockers or pop-up blockers that might block game scripts.
• Switch Browsers: Try a different supported browser if the game freezes on a black screen or shows a “progress can’t be saved” error
Hello! Sorry Matching Moments is not loading for you, let’s see if we can get this resolved for you.
Thank you for providing the information about your device Windows Edge and the screenshot of what you are seeing. this helps very much with troubleshooting steps. I am using Edge as well, so this should be able to load for you on your side 🙂
October and November 2025 has been very big months for technology overall and rather you are using Apple or Windows all of them are going through patches and updates. These updates are going to carrying on for a bit, so keep these troubleshooting steps in mind anytime you see Pogo acting a bit odd – even if it is one game, each of them are designed in their own unique way.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try specifically for Windows Edge. You may need to implement one or more of these system steps. Please attempt each step individually and then log back in to determine if the issue has been resolved:
Update Windows
• Click on the Start menu and open Settings
• Go to Update & Security > Windows Update
• Click “Check for updates” and install any available updates
• Restart the computer if required
Update Microsoft Edge (I can almost guarantee this will need updating)
• Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu
• Go to Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge
• Edge will automatically check for and install any available updates
• Restart the browser when prompted
Clear browser data
• Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three-dot menu in the upper right corner
• Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services
• Under “Clear browsing data”, click “Choose what to clear”
• Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”
• Click “Clear now”
• *There are several other ways to clean our device that you can find online as well.
Update graphics driver
• Press Windows key + X and select “Device Manager”
• Expand the “Display adapters” section
• Right-click on the listed graphics card and select “Update driver”
• Choose “Search automatically for updated driver software”
• Sometimes this updates on its own, at other times we need to update it
Disable extensions
• Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu
• Go to Extensions and disable all extensions
• Reload Matching Moments and see if it loads properly
Try InPrivate mode
• Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu
• Select “New InPrivate window”
• Navigate to Pogo.com and try loading Matching Moments
Internet & Connectivity Issues: A slow or unstable connection can prevent games from loading. Try “power cycling” your modem, this need updating/refreshing too! When you power cycle your router, it doesn’t just refresh the internet connection, it also clears out the cache (temporary memory) stored on the device.
🌐Additionally, it is always a good idea to test your internet speed every now and then (even if it works – doesn’t always mean it is working well). I created a guide for our community here > 🐲 Slay the Lag Dragon: A Pogo Player’s Network Guide | EA Forums – 12705760
Check firewall and antivirus settings: Ensure Pogo.com is allowed or whitelisted in Windows Firewall or any installed antivirus software.

Now since Matching Moments has been beatin’ to death, I’m more interested in the formula Pogo devised to reaching 80 spins in The Spinner Event.
BREAKDOWN…
Event: 14 Days = 14 spins
Week 1: 8 Badges = 16 spins
Week 1: Completion Bonus = 11 spins
Week 2: 8 Badges = 14 spins
Week 2: Completion Bonus = 11 spins
Whether you add that stuff up ‘n down or sideways, you’re still netting 6️⃣6️⃣ TOTAL spins.
How exactly do we arrive at 80 spins for for the final badge???
Do we look under the seat cushions? 🤷♂️🙄🤣
Canuck89 says
I was wondering the same thing. Normally these are 3 weeks long did they not recalibrate for 2?
Gina says
I was thinking the exact same thing. I refuse to spend additional gems for spins to get a badge when I will have met all the requirements.
Oldblue153 says
I am seeing week 2 as 16 Spins and 14 Bonus…so mine adds up to 71…but that’s still not 80.
Esque says
I finished today’s event and have completed each day’s spins and the first week and I have made 60 spins. With 6 days left this is a big glitch. Just tried to let Sconnie know but his in box is full. Has anyone been successful in letting him know? This did happen once before and as I recall, they fixed it. Hope they fix this one!
MomsBassetHound says
Pogo just awarded the final badge to anyone who completed a minimum of 60 spins.
Good Luck!!
