I’m having an issue with the Matching Moments game. I get an error msg that says my game progress could not be saved. When I go thru all the prompts, it tells me to restart the game. When I do that, I end up with the same msgs. I don’t know how to report the issue on the Forum. Can someone help me please? It’s been this way for 2 days now. It apparently happened during the red challenge.

Pogp cancelled my membership saying it expired. I’ve been on auto renew since signing up 14 or 15 years ago. Tried all day to resolve this to no avail. Who can I call?

There is no legitimate phone number for Pogo/EA customer service. Any number you find online are not really Pogo/EA.
You will have to contact Player Support.

They did this to me also, and I got no where with them, they started me back on year one, so I have 3 badges now for that year. I did contact Sconnie, but his as useless as a chocolate teapot! Good luck I do hope you get further than I did.

Monopoly Sudoku. My question is how come I now need to pay for gold bars in addition to the points I earn to buy houses or hotels? I am in City 9 and don’t think I will be able to continue playing this game.

Yes, we saw that would happen at the end of last year. I have no faith there will be any improvements in Pogo or EA and have no faith in those companies having any interest in the actual people who play the games. I play much less already than I used to, sticking to the older games I’ve loved for 23 years and have no plans to buy more gems or buy anything within the games.
I guess I can say I’ve had a pretty good run here, up until a few years ago anyway.

When you merge 5 items that are the same you get a Merge 5 Bonus.

Did anyone else play farm merge today and get a bunch of crates and energy just to lose them? I completed a sticker set and was awarded 325 in crates and energy. I left the game to check on something else quickly and when I went back in again, everything was gone.

farm merge was taking crystals to purchase keys and not opening the chests..
also, took a lot of gems to get crystals. moving items in the game is jerky and unreliable

I’m getting real tired of the pop up saying your progress cannot be saved. When I leave the game and come back everything I had done is gone and I have to do it all over again. It’s happening in more and more different games. What am I paying for now a days!!!!

Not getting Credit for #3 Farm Merge, It keeps telling me , something went wrong and can’t record your credit. What do I do, to get credit for all the merges I did like 75 merges, 25 on each like cleaned cookies, re-booted, logged out re=signed in. Some one Please Help me.

It will be interesting to see what happens now that the sale of EA has been closed. Keep in mind that just because all of EA has been sold, doesn’t mean the new owners will want all of EA. For instance, they may not want to keep Pogo but may choose to sell it off to another game site, like cases arcade for example.
It is a common practice for a company to buy another company lock, stock and barrel and then sell off what they don’t want. This happened when Ingersoll- Rand sold off the Torrington company to Timken. Timken only wanted the bearings part of the business and sold off the parts they didn’t want. It would not surprise me if a similar situation took lace here.

With all the issues of late that don’t seem to get fixed, it does seem like they are letting POGO die a slow death.

I completed the sticker book in Farm Merge Valley, which was no easy feat, but still haven’t received the 3500 energy or 2750 supplies reward. I filed a claim, chatted with support (useless, 100% useless), and get nothing but empty promises.
Think I’ll just play the Reddit version from now on, it’s so much better anyway (i.e. 5000 energy, 5000 supplies for finishing the sticker book). Playing at the pace of POGO is tiresome plus I refuse to pay their grossly inflated prices for everything.
Seems like every day there’s another reason not to keep renewing my club membership, after 20+ years (249 months!!). I keep thinking I’ll be lost without my daily dose of POGO but if I can cut the cable cord, why not this too?
