  1. I selected the crates for Farm Merge Valley at the Solara the Radiant Pogi Constellation, but haven’t received any credit yet. Will they only be credited at the end of the event, i.e., tomorrow? Is anyone else having this problem?

  5. Suz: Being as you were able to answer my question about the stars on the two cards I needed to complete the album on farm merger I assume you completed it. If so, did you receive the promised reward because I have not.

      • I just finished the 2nd sticker album and received all my rewards, including the badge for completing the 1st sticker album.

        Hopefully you will receive all your rewards when you complete the next album.

    • I received my energy and crates, but not the game award badge. I reported it to Sconnie who told me to go to EA, that he wasn’t going to do anything about it. Many members received nothing and there was a long thread in the Pogo forums and a thread started in the EA/Pogo forum.

      I have read that members that have finished the 2nd sticker book have received all of their rewards, including the game award badge for completing 1 sticker book. I still need a few stickers to finish my 2nd sticker book.

      • I cannot get into Magic Moments… The game loads but when I hit “play” mothing happens,, At first I noticed the loaded page said “full” Now it’ shows a minute loop–that doesn’t end. I’ve been in Club Pogo since 1999 andm have never had this problem.. What the heck is going on here. I wrote for help on the EA technical page, to no avail.. Is there by chance a phone no. I can call and talk to a human??? If so, what’s that no. please? And I know it’s not the one showing in Google. because I already tried it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. After so many Pogo games have been taken away, Magic Moments is one I really like and play often.

        • Me too! I thought it was because I’ve finished all the chapters and levels requiring me to play on Coin level which I had been for the red bow challenge. Can’t get in so watching my standing drop. At this point, don’t care about the tourney anymore, but POGO owes me the Silver and platinum badges because I trophyed on both before. Shame this happened to you, but you are not alone.

    • I am having same issue today (9-12-2026) mouse will not work on the farm merge game screen, Have tried 3 different computers and
      different Browsers nothing changes. Its as if pogo disallows and playing on Farm Merge, Even tried going on friends account and mouse and farm merge game works fine, Its like a targetted attack on only my account only that game…..Anyone please help I play every day and cant get it to work!!!

  12. Can someone please tell me what I do with the crates in Farm Merge? I never have enough coins to open them and the matching key color doesn’t open it. Also, is it better to join items as soon as you get three or wait until you get five? Thanks in advance!

    • You open the delivery crates so that you can merge the items inside them… the plants & animals that merge into the items you use to fill orders.

      The treasure chests that you get from the delivery crates needs 2 keys of the same color to open them. The treasure chests disappear after 24 hours if they are not opened. The keys are yours until you merge them or use them.

      It is always better to merge 5 so that you get the bonus.

  14. Got the POGO message about Tile Hero being fixed. Went and played a level, and I have 10 stars, 49 lives and it says Chapter 10 5/11 which is the same thing it said before I played for the badge. I did get the badge for the Friends of Mine Lap 1, but just isn’t giving credit for moving up the Chapters. There is a red 1 in the corner where you can place an item, but nothing on the screen that I can us the 10 stars for. Any ideas?? Note: Just played for the daily and got that also, but still says 5/11 for the progress, but now have 12 stars.

    • It’s just luck. There is nothing you can do other than wait. I went for 3 days without a new sticker when I was down to needing 5 to complete my 2nd sticker book.

      • Thank you Suz , as always you are the best source of information. I am now up to 30 packets with nothing new and it has been over 5 days! UGH. Appreciate your wisdom. Guess I am just being impatient!

          On my alternate account I’m having the same problem. I’m down to 5 for the 2nd book and can’t remember the last time I got a new sticker. They are all 3 stars or less, but I only have enough stars to buy 2 of them so will wait until I get down to 2 before spending any stars. I know that if I buy one now, I’ll get that same sticker in the next packet that I open. LOL

          • Just finished my 3rd sticker book. Got the crates, energy and chest. Chest has the trough that is repaired with mallet and paint brush, I stored mine. Got the badge for the 2nd book so it is a book behind. I also used my excess stars to get my final sticker for completion. On to the 4 album, good luck!

            You get stars for every duplicate sticker. They go into the safe below the sticker packets.

            Click on the safe and it will show you how many stars you have.

            The cost for a 3 star sticker is 250 stars, 500 stars for a 4 star sticker, and 800 stars for a 5 star sticker.

  16. Question on Farm Merge: Last night I leveled to 43 and started acquiring deer. I went to bed with 4 Jamies and 2 Olives, expecting that this morning’s crates would allow me to level them up to a Miles. The Olives are missing this morning, a yellow tool box that I had emptied has reappeared. I wait to exit until the game has saved (diskette looking icon on the right?) — has this been happening to the rest of you? How are you handling the missing? BTW, the 115 crates I earned in the previous constellation never arrived either.

    I’ve quit Monopoly Sudoku because there is no conceivable reality wherein 13 straight Chance cards are all negative; Tile Hero has me stuck on Level 236 for a week – and I refuse to spend one more penny on the designed-to-fail layouts. Several other games have lost their appeal due to EA changes. Might just be time to take another couple years off…

    • I always make sure I have the green checkmark before leaving the game and once or twice it hasn’t saved my progress. But it only undid a few moves.

      There is a problem where some members are not receiving the rewards from the constellation. There is a thread on the Pogo forums and also on the EA forums. It’s not affecting everyone.

      It’s the same with the rewards from completing the first sticker book. I received the crates and energy, but not the badge. Some members didn’t receive anything. But everyone is receiving all the rewards, including the badge, when they complete the 2nd sticker book. The badge is for the 1st sticker book so we will always be 1 book off.

    • Does anyone know if there are simple directions for FARM MERGE? How are we supposed to play with no direction. Normally I can figure out the “how to play’ almost any game. But FARM has a lot of stuff going on.

  17. WOW Tile Hero – story resetting, progress unable to be saved – I tried for the marathon badge, but since my hard earned progress on the first game I played isn’t saved I’m not trying anymore. Reading through the BH posts it seems my experience is not unique! Too bad because it’s a fun little game.

  18. SALLY SMILEY – Hi. I also picked up that badge on the sale because I like that goal. I didn’t realize there was no Pogis on it until you mentioned it. Oh well….I’m going to keep it to work on during that time between constellations, when I’m done with one and waiting for the next to begin.
