To get to the event, open Solitaire Blitz, click the Play button and then click the Special Event icon:

Collect all Drachmas in Lily Reflection Event in Solitaire Blitz to earn this Badge.
Solitaire Blitz – Lily Reflection Prestige Badge
Complete all quests in Lily Reflection Event in Solitaire Blitz to earn this Badge.
