I know that this game cannot be selected in Pogo for non-North American players, due to rights.
But today I was able to buy a new SCRABBLE bundle (again), for 48 gems.
So now Pogo owes me 96 gems and obviously they’ve never heard of the word ‘REFUND’.
I’ve also put a post on the forum to that effect but don’t expect any reaction from Pogo.
