Complete the Snow Queen Is Back In Town Event in Sweet Tooth Town to earn this Badge.

To get started, open Sweet Tooth Town and select the Town Hall — the top middle building. To participate in this event, you need to complete the first ten levels of Antoinette’s Cupcake Bakery.

This event will last for one week, so aim to complete all seven levels by January 26.

  1. I’m on level 6 and it keeps freezing when I get 1 candy left. Very annoying!

      • This is beyond hopeless every game today freezes up!!!! Not sure what’s up? I’ve tried on different computers same thing

        • It is certainly a glitch. Here is how I got through it. Used the rolling pin. When the candy gets down in the first row on the left or right, used the pin. The candies will drop and disappear. However, if you drop them in the middle section they will never disappear. You need to do this as soon as the candies get there, so the thing doesn’t freeze up on you. I will tell you, Pogo owes me about 100 gems that I wasted trying to get the solution to solving this. Like many others, I kept going back several times to try to solve this. Hope this helps!

          • Denny..Pogo owes lots of players gems. If they decide to grant the badge to everyone, it wouldn’t be right to the people who’ve been trying to earn this badge using their gems. It would just be wrong!!!

    • Mine jumps ahead 2-5 moves or freezes. I had a bubble go straight from the bottom to the top.

      I also tried on 2 very different computers, same issues, this is a problem on Pogo’s end.

      • Freezes on me too! When I’m able to play I just can’t seem to win. Is there a trick? Beyond frustrating

    • I am still trying level 7 daily and it’s still freezing on me in the middle of the game

  2. I skipped the past Sweet Tooth events and I will probably skip this one too. For some reason I don’t do well with ST events. Dee

    • I have the same question. Somehow I got 1 by chance on level 3 but I don’t know what I did.

    • A striped question mark means that you need to create and use a striped candy.

      A striped candy is created by matching 4 fruits of the same color in a line, horizontally or vertically.

      If the white stripes on the question mark are horizontal, then you need to match the 4 fruits horizontally (i.e., in a row).

      If the white stripes on the question mark are vertical, then you need to match the 4 fruits vertically (i.e., in a column).

  4. level 6 on this game keeps freezing up on me. Many others are complaining about this too.. I wish the pogo team would check out the game before they put it out there.

  6. I played through the new Sweet Tooth Town Event until level 6 .. it plays well for awhile, but then the Candy freezes at the bottom.. anyone else having this problem?? ..so annoying~~ ( I hear a large BANG sound and then it freezes!)

    • same with me . stuck on six and can go no farther….. aggravating when you only have a week and pogo not bother teo fix

  7. Levels start easy, I didn’t even run twice until got to 5. BUT, now I have stopped! After level 6 froze up for the sixth time, I am leaving to wait for a possible fix.

  8. No thanks on these sweet tooth specials as they are way to hard & complicated so not worth my time & effort even tho I’m a badge aholic, lol.

  9. I’ve managed to get to level six but the game keeps freezing. Clear out the usual, used different browser and still the same result…anyone else?

    • It did that to me too on the same level. I’ll try again later but don’t really care if I finish. Nonetheless it shouldn’t be freezing.

  10. Yep, level 6 repeatedly keeps freezing up, extremely annoying & inept of the pogo team to put this out there

    • If you look closely, you will see bunnies pulsating below the gel layers. You have to clear all the gel layers covering a bunny for the bunny to disappear and count toward the game requirement.

      A bunny can be covered by 1, 2 vertical, a 2 X 2 square, a 3 X 3 square, and possibly a 4 X 4 square of gel blocks.

      A gel block can be 1, 2 and possibly 3 gel layers thick.

      There are not that many moves in Level 7. It took me a few tries before I completed it. On my final try, I was able to create many striped candies without using any boosts/power-ups. Just the luck of draw. Good luck.

      • Brave browser locked up every time I tried Level 6, so I used Chrome and just now accomplished earning the badge. On Level 7, I needed boosters. I used the ones given to me by Pogo from over the course of time, so it didn’t cost me. I seldom play this game, so I had enough. Best of luck!

  20. ditto on freezing, still not fixed. Have even bought power ups to try an finish and still froze. So tired of problems with this game. Going to stop fighting it.

    My rank has been stuck for more than a year . Have completed so many bakeries and can’t get past level 14. Giving up

    • You only get Rank credit when you win new levels.
      Repeats dont’ count. And you don’t even get rank points for winning more stars in an already completed level , in this case you only win more coins but no rank points.
      Only brand new levels won count

    • what I should have said was I have stopped trying to rank up in this game. Since I assume you think I do not know to do so. I have completed 6435 levels and have over 350 thousand coins and I spent hundreds of gems for p/ups to complete levels. There are just some games people truly do not like and some games that truly are money eaters. Though I do not play for rank anymore I still have completed all challenges and earned all badges except rank badges to date.

  22. Same here, freezing on level 6. I only have those two pieces of candy left and it won’t let me match the reds so they will drop! This sucks SO BAD!! No more until it’s fixed.

  23. I tried it again this morning and it’s still freezing. This is ridiculous! How do they expect us to finish this event?

  24. It freezes on the second to the last level. not sure what I can do to get past that. to get my badge.

  33. Mine is still freezing as well. I have been using Edge. Earlier I wasn’t able to load any pogo game on firefox which is what I usually use. May try chrome if nothing else works and will report to pogo customer service.

  34. got level 6 this morning – after so many tries! so frustrating…
    every time there was a balloon on the bottom level I used the pie cutter to remover the row.
    not sure if this will work for others but, if you have the pu’s worth a try

  35. Level 6 keeps freezing so I’m giving up unless I hear that it’s fixed. Really frustrating!

    • I see the freezing is still on going for level 6..I just tried at noon est..Jan 16th
      I hope if it’s not resolved, those that have attempted this challenge receives the badge automatically for all the frustration we went through…

  38. I managed to get thru level 6 of the snow queen event. When I went in this morning, it froze again, so I gave up, and went to the cupcake level 1 to complete the daily challenge. After a few quick wins and the daily challenge completed, I went back to the level 6 and it didn’t hang up. Of course, I did use a couple of power ups to hurry things along because I didn’t trust it wouldn’t freeze eventually, but I definitely got further than I had before. Maybe there is an internal game cache that’s clogged up somewhere and all it needs its a good shake out (i.e. play and win another level). Good luck everyone.

  39. I guess Pogo is just full of nightmares with these games .
    I have been freezing up on level 6 also. I tried and tried on going back and still the same problem.
    Even after cleaning out my cache’s and rebooting . It still freezes .
    So I guess I better go find something else in pogo that will break on me . LOL

  41. How do we contact Pogo about sweet tooth town freezing up? I’ve tried several times to play the event and as well as working on badges for that game, I’ve lost so many powerups,? This is so frustrating

    • From the new Pogo homepage you click on Community and you will get a drop down menu. Click on “Contact Us” and follow the directions.

      Pogo Sconnie did post that Pogo was aware of the freezing on level 6 and that they were working on a resolution.

  43. It appears that Pogo has been working on the game, and has extended the Event for another week.

    • They said they fixed the game but now there is a new problem. Seems like the first time it froze up because of the balloons on the board., Now when you move a candy to the bottom it doesn’t count it and it goes back to the top of the board. Why can’t they fix this game?
