  1. I finished the challenges for this week. They were no problem and went quickly.

    My 2021 album is still saying I’m missing one challenge even though I’m not. I’ve spoken to the help on the phone, live chat, etc. They are still trying to tell me that it’s my problem. They ask me what steps I’ve taken to fix this! Only one tech told me it’s a global bug. I don’t know what else to do. It upsets me to have an incomplete yearly album when I worked so hard to complete it. I’m disgusted and don’t know what else to do. Has anybody else gotten it fixed?

    • Wow! I understand your frustration. I’ve never completed every challenge, so I hadn’t noticed. I wonder how many have. Maybe they haven’t received enough complaints because you’re in an elite and comparitively small group.

      I hope they get it sorted out for you.

      Did you go through the 2021 Album page by page and see if one is not in color which would indicate that it has been completed? Usually challenges the are not completed or started are still in black and white.

      All my albums since 2003 are complete plus 4 albums marked Starter Badges which came before the 2003 ones.

    • Pogo/EA is still running on a skeleton crew. When they close for the holidays, they lock up shop, and they are not back in the office until next week.

      But Pogo Sconnie has been getting daily updates on what is going on, and is aware of the problem.

      There was a thread going in the Pogo forums from many having the same problem, but Mod Kyra decided that it was unnecessary and locked the thread this morning. She, in her own words, has never completed a weekly album, so it doesn’t affect her. What a crappy thing to do to people that pay to be on Pogo. Thankfully the other Moderators are nicer when dealing with the members.

      The problem will be corrected, just need to wait until Sconnie gets back next week. Trust me, I will not let it go until things are fixed. I will contact him every single day if I need to.

          I will stay on top of this problem b/c it affected my 2nd account. But it’s not just members missing the Phlinx2 badge, it’s whatever weekly badge they finished last.

      • Thanks Suz! I really appreciate your help on this matter. I just hope they fix it for everyone and not just the ones who have contacted them. It is so frustrating when they start asking what steps WE have taken to correct this problem, when clearly they know it’s on their end. I know in the grand scheme of things, this is a minor thing, but it’s important to me. I have every single weekly album complete except this one and I did complete it. I even got the 2021 completion badge. Thanks again my friend!

    • Yea it says the same thing for me also it upset me also I do not know what to do about it .Thank you for bringing this up maybe they will fix it I hope have a good week

  2. I was awarded the 2021 weekly album … the one is missing is yellow orb badge Phlinix 2 i did completed the badge .

    • 🌲🌲 I can imagine your frustration, Cher, and I hope Pogo comes up with a solution. After I read your note, I went and checked my 2021 Album. Phew. I was OK and hope that you soon will be, too.

    • The Pogo forums has a couple of strings about this and apparently Pogo is working on a resolution as its almost a site wide issue.

  3. I haven’t purchased any Lumeno M&M badges. Does anyone have a clue as to which available Lumeno M&M would go best with this weekly? I looked but have no clue since I haven’t played the game much – once when it came out and then yesterday when it was the Daily.
    Any suggestions are appreciated.

      Thanks to a suggestion from madeforlovingguy !
      I did the Platinum Badge for 600 purple dots (Welcome to Lumeno Platinum) with the Wednesday Weekly Badge (Green Flower Badge) – finished the weekly before the purple dots, but just had to play a bit to finish that off – about 45 minutes and both were done.
      MUCH easier than I thought.

    • I looked to find one that would go with the weekly. I found one that said “Win 20 games with no less than 10 flowers”, I did not get a single flower! Does anyone know how to get flowers? I hit a lot of flowers playing this and I thought that was what it meant, apparently not. HELP?? T”IA!

      • You have to remove 10 each game. That means getting to the X11 multiplier. And you have to do that 20 times.

        • Thanks, Moms! I don’t suppose I can get this badge. It says I have no more turns long before I’m finished. I mean, there are more turns but I guess you’re only allowed X amount of turns per game. I see now why I didn’t make it.

          • I haven’t attempted that badge yet and I’m not looking forward to doing it either 🙂

  4. I have some tips for lumeno now that I’ve played awhile. The ball with the number is the most important one you want to get rid of because it gives you 5 extra moves whenever you do so. It seems like if it drops off the bottom it doesn’t give you more moves but you do get another flower or arrow. My high score so far is 992,460. Am curious about other people’s scores and any other tips you’ve found.

  5. Finished all 3 but had no idea what I was doing in Lumeno but it was easy enough to get through it although it is not a game I would choose to play.

  6. Have yet to be rewarded credit for any “tiles” removed in lumeno. Didn’t complete yesterday’s daily “remove 500 tiles” and probably the weekly “remove 2000 tiles” unless I find out HOW to do it. Help will be appreciated. What’s the secret? Have played several games with NO credit. What am I looking for?

  7. Every time solitaire blitz comes up as a badge I can’t complete it won’t load. Everything thing help told me to do I have done and still won’t let me play blitz badge. Have missed out on several badges cause it won’t let me play

  9. For the Wednesday Spider Solitare badge, I have one card left, & it’s a Spider scratch card. It will not scratch. Is this normal for the scratch card to not scratch if it’s the last card left? I tried to scratch it before it was the last card, & it wouldn’t scratch then, either! I’d like credit for winning this game, but cannot if the last card won’t go away! Help, please!

    • Update… Had to start a new game as my session timed out. Oh well. Guess I’ll make sure I get all the scratch cards are done before the end of the game. 🙂

  10. On the like no weekly. Four times in a row I lost the link and no credit for files removed. I did not have this problem with any other challenge of game. So…. I quit on that one. Personally I think the game is boring. To those who have commented that the game is juvenile, I have to say that even my 4 yr old grandson ( who is actually pretty good at a lot of pogo games) doesn’t like like no either
