    • Same thing happened to me after I used several power ups! I think I’ll wait until they fix it.

      • Same here. I used a lot of power-ups, win the game. then is gives that = sign in the middle and freezes.
        Did that to me on 3 puzzles and I had to go out and refresh, did not get credit for win and lost over 3000 in spending power-ups 🙁

      • Happened to me too 3 times…i figured it out by not using a big power up to finish but rather trickled my way on the last move….like used a hammer and flame gem over a star and hypercube…the huge explosion caused the freezes.

          • It happened again on level 13, but I got a screenshot of it, and it has been forwarded to Pogo…not that I expect a miracle and have them fix it.

          • How did you complete level 12 and beyond? This freezes up on me and lose PUs. What’s with the bull running in center when you hit the = button?

          • The bull always runs if you hit the fast forward button once you win the puzzle. If you don’t hit the fast forward you see all the cascades and explosions.

            Once I froze on level 12 I cleared everything out, and kept everything cleared out of my browser history. And I had nothing else running on my computer until I finished it.

        • it’s happened to me at least three times. only have just over 1 day and some hours left and i’m still stuck on level nine because it keeps freezing when i win the game. sick of losing gems and coins to try and win the game. we shouldn’t have so many issues when there’s a time frame. so not going to waste my time, not worth it.

    • I am stuck there too. Not using PUs and can’t get a couple of the brown squares under the numbers at the bottom.

      • It froze on me on this level but this isn’t the first time it’s done this. I have this bull galloping and it won’t do anything but for me to exit site and lose all the pu(s). I didn’t use bombard all at once with PUs but couldn’t get the 3 stars so had to redo and lost it again. Ugh!

  3. event is stalling at level 12. i’ve gotten what should be 3 stars but the game doesn’t go anywhere

  4. I had it happen on level 5. I won the game but nothing happened then I realized that it was stuck.

    • I completed the Event on my main account, and am now working on it on my 2nd account.

  7. It has happened to me on level 6. Tried many times and then finally won. The = sign is in the middle and it froze. No credit for the win.

  8. Played level 5 3 times, and each time it froze on me when I won. No credit. So I rebooted and tried again, still froze and no credit.

  9. I tried again. I used power ups, won the game and it froze. This is ridiculous. I’m done. Not worth the badges!

  10. I have the same problem. Freezes on Levels 5, 9 & 12 after many power ups. When I start losing powerups in games it really irks me and may be a gamechanger. Pogo needs to get its act together! I’ll bite my tongue and spare Suz for the rest I would like to say.

      • Nah, don’t. We had to have a whole comment policy because saying whatever one would like resulted in some unpleasantness in the past that is better not repeated. 😉

  11. Didn’t know it was a problem until it happened to me twice on level 9 & I came in here to check the comments. Guess I won’t bother playing it again until they fix it, if that ever happens. Still waiting on a monopoly sudoku fix .

  12. I was using so many power ups and gems and was about to give up and decided I wanted the badge. And twice level 9 has frozen at the end. Of course, no credit!!

  13. It still isn’t fixed. It happened tp me on level 6. Yesterday I played level 7 and it froze on level 8. Today I played level 9 and it froze. I happen to like the game, but not to the point where I’m wasting time and power ups only to lose them for nothing. Not planning to continue the event.
    It doesn’t look like it’s going to get fixed any time soon.

  14. Ok I did clear out my history browser and tried level 5 again. I still froze. So I went also , took a screenshot and sent it in . Hopefully maybe they will get it fixed. But the event is almost over. So , I`ll go and try again later today.

  15. Can anyone tell me how to get to 240k on level 5? I’ve used so many power ups and mustaches and rain maker and I still fall short. I am missing something, have 3 stars on the rest.

    • I turned everything to moustaches, then did the horseshoe at the bottom. For the rest, I kept making star and cube combos to do the two stars next to each other. I had to do that several times. Finally, the horses running back through put me up to where I needed to be.

      I’m having the same problem with level 9. I’ve never tried the rain. What does it do?

      • The rain thing turns all blue to rain it it gives extra points. At the end it gallops by and gives more points. Hopefully someone with more knowledge on the rain will explain but that is the best I can do at this point.

    • It will take you quite a few coins but there’s a move you can make to increase your score that takes 0 turns.

      Simply place a flame gem right next to the rocks and hit it with a hammer (star gems + hammer works too)…the placed flame gem will blow up taking out a bit of rock or weakening it and wont cost a single turn…simply do it as many times as you need to to feel that you will win with 3 stars.
      Hypothetically you could do it enough times to get 3 stars without taking a single turn.

      Just be careful you don’t remove all the rocks until you are ready to make a play for the win.

      • Thank you so much OldBlue, I”ll give it a shot or two. I have used so many power ups with this I will have to play level 2 a few hundred times!

          • YQW….now that you know this “trick” be sure to be prepared for any upcoming event by stocking up on coins…I keep about 10,000 on hand for Events and never have troubles finishing with three stars.

      • Thanks Oldblue, I also used your method as I needed a high score on Level 12 in order to get 3 stars (I could only get 2 stars) and it worked great! I made sure I had enough hammers before starting and fire/star gems powerups.

        Now it’s time to play Level 2 to build up my coin stash.

        • You’re welcome as well….experiment with it a bit too…I found if I placed a flame beside a star and hit it with a hammer the meter moved significantly more…therefor it cost less overall.

  16. For those players in which the game is freezing (such as myself) Suz gave me an idea when she said to make sure nothing else is running in the background (and it’s important to clear out one’s cache, history, temporary internet files, etc.).

    I’m using Microsoft Edge and Windows 10. I went into my settings, looked for Privacy (I see General first) then scrolled down on the left side until I saw Background. I clicked on Background Apps and there is an option to click OFF on the top (let apps run in the background).

    After I did that the game didn’t freeze anymore and I was able to finish the challenge. Got 3 stars on all the levels except one (which I will go back to as I want the 3 stars and the badge).

    This is the first time BS froze on me during an event. I never had a problem with these events before so you can guess who I blame!

  18. I am on level 15 and can not figure out how to go about completing it. Not even coming close. Any advice on how to go about it?

    • You really would be best using powerful powerups…like placing a star and a hypercube beside each other than swapping them…this will create many many stars than if you see 2 stars side by side swap them as well for a massive hit.

      If you only have stars a bit harder but try placing 2 stars together and swapping them for a large hit.

      And if all else fails as i have posted above there’s a free move you can do with minimal powerups but it would cost many 1,000 coins for that level.
      Place a flame on the board and whack it with a hammer…it costs 0 turns to make this move and you can do it as many times as you want provided you have the coins to buy the power-ups.

  20. Place a star or flame on the gem above them and whack it with a hammer…its a “free” move…meaning it costs 0 turns so you can do it as many times as you need to to knock out all 4 stones….that is provided you have enough coins.

  21. I don’t know if this has already been discovered, but while trying to get higher scores for some badges, I used the moustaches and the hammer a flame gem next to a block to increase points as I saw mentioned in some of these posts. But I accidentally had 2 star gems next to each other that made a clearing path like a 4 lane highway. I positioned them to avoid completely clearing one side of blocks until the score quickly rose, then cleared the other side. The score increased pretty quickly.
