Absolutely hideous! Many levels have only one card on top so that there is no choice of what to play but just keep turning the deck until you are lucky enough to get the card needed. And not only the tilted cards but some are completely upside down! I don’t know if I can get enough stars to open the airport. I will not be trying for 3 stars(or even 2) as I can’t even imagine how many of which power-ups it might take to get 3 stars, certainly the tailwind as the layouts are too small for good runs
mongoosedog1976 says
i agree totally
sibpaws says
Totally agree. Not sure what Pogo is thinking, challenges fine, but ……….. And same steward badge when you complete it.
Esque says
I don’t believe that there are enough cards in the snorkel and mask level to ever get 3 stars. I’ve tried numerous times even using power ups. Will be interested to know if anyone has done it. Thanks
Esque says
I was able to get 3 stars by using two of the power ups that I’d never used before. They are on the top right of the game. One looks like a wind sock and it increases your score and the one next to it keeps your streak going even if you need to draw a card. Never used them before and must have gotten them from completing a constellation. Shouldn’t have to win only via power ups though….
sirron1957 says
Esque, I managed to finally get it but had to use the “Multiplier” power-up, it’s the megaphone at the top. But it’s really sad they couldn’t even make it possible to get 3 stars without using any power-ups 🙁

Thanks, I finally figured it out last night, but agree about the power ups.

Absolutely ridiculous turning over 18 cards before getting one play…….Pogo can have this one as it is definitely NOT worth the aggravation
Krazichic says
Agree totally, plus NO pogis for these challenges, just a badge, I gave up playing them.
Indy Cindy says
Thanks for those that have posted their reviews – very helpful and much appreciated.

Can’t pogo get more creative with the completion badges? The same stewardess icon for all of them. Yes, I agree with the turning over of cards, then you get three of the same one. I’ve had levels where the volcano card was under all the other ones so that there was no way you can beat the volcano before it exploded. I don’t know who is designing the levels for these cards but this game has been more ridiculous with each suitcase.

I agree with all of the comments above, and have one other complaint: Jet Set Solitaire keeps disconnecting when you are right towards the end of a game that you’re about to actually win! It’s like they know you’re winning and don’t want you to keep going. Frustrating beyond belief!

Wow I tried this and that’s the operative word tried. I did finally complete
a couple levels but WOW. Nothing plays together. If you get one lucky
to get another move b4 you run out of cards! Plus there’s even IF you’re lucky
enough to solve it you don’t win you didn’t score enough points. Kind of hard
no runs etc.
IF you have powers up still on top right 1st 2 from left WILL increase streaks scores
etc. But if you don’t win they don’t help and you lose them. So maybe just if
you’re close might help with your score. If you run your mouse over them it shows
what they do I think. I’m old I forget lol. GLA this one not sure going to get. Not fun
at all either. I got no sense of accomplishment with the few I did win. It was more
of hating pogo more even lol. Like someone in the room said they sucked the FUN
right out of it.
Carl says
Not worth the time or effort!!!!!
Elfskip says
Totally agree with all the negative comments, this is not a fun tour at all & the reward is a badge not even pogis to be won. I got to the airport level but fall short on stars. Not worth the effort or aggravation factor
Caren says
There were levels I completed that I didn’t have enough points to win. Now I don’t have enough stars to play the last level.
Wannabewhizz says
What a disappoint to a fun Pogo celebration
connie says
I tried and tried I probably not do this one I pass but only 1 star so can not finish..
Allison Kulp says
I challenged myself to do the current solitaire badge, the 190000 points one. Difficult but I did it even the airport level. I used all my power ups and had to buy one to finish it. It can be done, The ones I can’t do are the Sweet Tooth ones.
scarlet8715 says
It took me 53 tries before I finished the first level. I was one star short of unlocking the airport level but finally after persisting I managed to get three stars on the ‘sun’ level. The hardest trip in this game so far. I only continued because I am stubborn and I needed to finish the marathon badge I had activated.
drkchclvr says
I was lucky and got it in 12 tries with no power ups.
Kay says
I was also in need of one more star to open the airport. Following your advice I finally got it on the sun level as you suggested. Got the airport done on the first try. This was a hard challenge but I did it without using any powerups except the ones given while playing each level.
afriend says
I did finally finish this thing. Not a fan at all. Like another wrote
I too didn’t have enough stars to even be able to attempt the airport.
That hasn’t happened since well 1st suitcase for me. So I had to
redo them. I only needed 3 more but took forever to get them lol.
I like free badges but it is a lot of work. I think I only used one of the
“free” power ups. I had 3 stars and a last card that wasn’t going anywhere
w/o help. GLA if trying. It really helped going back. Even when I got
ticked about not having enough stars to be able to play the airport . I had
left then came back later and finished it up.
SANDRA TARALLO says
Thank all of you who tried this today and basically warned the rest of us. Based on all the comments, I will be skipping this one… bad enough we have to suffer through suduko again this week
Life4Style says
I know using PU’s to progress in a game, or to win a game is a choice. But I really don’t like games that force you into using them. Games like QA, Cookie Connect, and Trizzle are famous for this. So is this game. After playing 7 rounds on the first level and getting duplicate cards on top of each other, flipping almost all the cards in the draw pile before getting another card to play is too much for me. I gave up pursuing this trip to the Beach. At least I won’t get sunburned. LOL
pas9156 says
This one is not worth my time, the aggravation, and the cost of multiple power ups to
complete this badge. I wonder if the folks at Pogo that choose these badges for us
have completed them in a timely fashion before expecting us to do it.
Captiva007Pl says
I got a few levels in and quit. It seemed totally impossible to me. I did use some of the power-ups, like remove face-down cards, etc. I really don’t care how many stars I get as long as I can get on the plane and get the badge. But I’ve given up on it for now.
shelnick9293 says
Well I guess I don’t have to worry about this one……lol I haven’t even unlocked the World Tour First Trip one yet but it looks like I am not missing anything.
M2cute4jerks says
WORST vacation EVER
Whoever created this monstrous “summer beach blast” OBVIOUSLY does not play this game. Unbelievable
Horrible – Horrible – Horrible
I like a challenge but this is unbeatable.
Kathy says
I finished this event.. all the attractions were a challenge….i got three stars on the sun and crab… and use the power up that looks like wind sock to get enough to get the stars to the airport.. the sun was good for extra stars . pogo did not get us enough cards to play these hands in my opinion that made it challenging… … gl .
Jon C says
I completed this event.
The hardest levels were Swim shorts, Beach Ball, Seashell, and Snorkel
