   Beautiful badges. Bought sets 4 and 5 because they have the most of my favorite games (and the least of my unfavorites – ha ha). Will wait to start on them until new constellation opens. Thanks Pogo.

   Ohmygosh, I love them all! The ring tailed cat is Arizona’s state mammal, I wonder if that is what they used for each state. And Arizona is Dice City Roller, one of my favorite games. Pogo has finally figured out how to “get” me, using so many of my favorite games throughout I will definitely be buying all of these. 🙂

   Seems that the state of Massachusetts has changed its name in ”Massachussets”.
   I’m wondering if there is any quality control person at Pogo, who knows how to correctly spell the names of the states.
   However, the artwork of the badges is excellent, with the state’s outline as background, so I bought them all.

     Yes, although lovely, I too had a question about quality control. For Ohio, my home state, the animal is listed as the cardinal (a bird) but the picture is of a frog. Yikes!

   I did a list showing that out of 50 games there are only 20 different ones and a lot of the same ones they did on the last packages. This time I looked them over carefully because last time I bought some I will never do so will only end up buying packages 1, 2 and 3. Thankful for at least no QA or Snowbird but why not games like Aces Up and others. The only thing I regret is that I am not buying #4 as it has my State animal.

     Yes, that’s what disappointed me too – the lack of variety. I keep going back to My Collection to look through my M&M Albums, and I noticed I’m drowning in badges for many of the games that were included in Succulents and now again in Wild America. There’s none I despise (except Mahjong Garden), they are all easy enough, and there’s the gem savings to consider as well, so I’ll play them over time. I hope that they change the game line-up for future collections.
     I sure miss the ability to multi-activate!

       I guess we can look at lack of double activate as having twice the fun. I don’t mind except when we have a marathon with several different games then I don’t like to play only 1 game all the time.

   I love this. I am huge animal lover and also like getting my home state and birth state.
   Great choice of games I like them all except Spades but can play it just not my favorite since I am not sure what I am doing but tend to win.
   I got the first set and hopefully can get the second one before they are gone. I bought to many platinum ones last week using all my gems!! But very ready for the next constellation.

   Very nice badges and I like all the games.. Of course Texas has that varmint that loves to destroy my lawn, the Armadillo, MY home state of NJ has a beautiful horse. Now if we could only multi activate I would be much happier. .

     LOL – I said the same thing in my post – multi-activation would certainly come in handy to get the badges done in these last two collections as there are lots of the same games throughout the 10 (total) bundles.

   I did find it interesting that both Pennsylvania and Nebraska were both White tailed deer – so being a curious Aussie I googled it and lo and behold BOTH states have the White Tailed Deer as their State animals – I found that very odd – you would think your state would be represented in a unique way.
   As a side note – Pennsylvania chose theirs first in 1959 – Nebraska in 1981 – so go figure lol

    So far I only bought 2 sets. I know I’m the odd one out here but I’m disappointed that there were no Quinn badges since I love that game. I also like Snowbird.

    I may buy more before these disappear, I’ll see. If Pogo didn’t take away the multi-activate feature I probably would have bought all of them.

    I just looked at Florida’s animal (Pack 1) for the Wild America Badges and it shows a Dolphin. And while Dolphins are ONE of the animals in Florida, they are NOT the State Animals, the Florida Panther is. Is it is possible that the animals on each state badge is not THE state animal, but perhaps just one of the animals native/common to that state? Just a thought.

      I did look up Arizona and saw that the ring tailed cat is the State mammal, which surprised me, but Az also has a state bird, a state fish, a state amphibian, a state reptile and a state butterfly so if other states have all these Pogo could pick and choose whatever they wanted, lol.

      However, remember you are talking about Pogo who has added domestic dogs and cats and other non-Safari animals to Mahjong Safari. 🙂

      Being the curious sort, I looked up this chart: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._state_mammals on Wiki. All of the animals chosen by Pogo are on this list as being an “official” animal (not always “the” animal, but at least one of the animals of that state) EXCEPT for Oklahoma. Somewhere someone decided that the Wild Turkey was more interesting than Buffalo or Mexican Free-tailed Bat!
