  1. Your next step is to find tiles to be freed. Dive into the water and look for the keys.
  2. When searching the castle for the treasure you need, be careful to examine all objects at a steady speed.
  3. It’s not too late to find the treasure you’ve missed. Just go by fives where words are in a twist.

Helpful Info

If you are not getting credit for the challenges and are sure you are playing the correct games, you may need to (re)visit the Polar Palace Treasure Chase page before trying to get credit again.

These badges are considered weekly badges (for at least the time being), so if you attempt these challenges you may notice your 2021 Wednesday Challenge album badge count is different until you complete them.

  10. was enjoying playing this until this week, why does every competition have to have Quinns in not everyone likes the game I HATE IT and have never advanced from the first tank, having played on numerous times even with power ups so once again I will be denied a badge as I cannot play Quinns it sucks.

For Quinn’s if you are able to play random puzzles (you would have to had finished the Tropical Tank: all 3 parts) and have the patience to find the puzzles that have at least 3 keys and locks then this badge can be finished in 20 games. There are puzzles that have more then 3 locks and keys.

  12. Quinn’s finishes me in this Palace.
    I bet a social security check that Quinn’s would be one of the games. At least I get to keep
    my check LOL.

  14. What a way to ruin another challenge by adding quinn’s .. do they not read the comments in games,,, everyone complains about quinns and snowbirds always being part of the challenge…. when there are so many other games…

    • ‘Everyone’ complains about QA in Forums, facebook and here. Sure. Please keep in mind that the ones still enjoying the game are usually quiet and don’t comment at all.
      And there are many thousands that do like and love playing Qa. Just look at the amount of people playing (on the homepage) at any given time. You will be surprised that Quinn’s is one of the top games.

      • Listy169 (Danny), you are so right! I play QA when there’s not a challenge and I see thousands playing. It is one of the top games for sure.

        In my case I became addicted to the game in the 80’s when the IBM PC came out (the first computer) and there was a version of QA called Shanghai (Activision) which I played all the time at home. Thus when Pogo came out with QA I was very happy to say the least.

        I am guessing that many don’t understand the strategy and get frustrated. One of my strategies is to first take some time studying the puzzle looking for 4 matches (on a puzzle that consists of 144 tiles) and if I don’t see them I click restart until I do. Another strategy of mine is to look for loose tiles (tiles that are not connected) and find 2 other matching tiles.

        That said when a new game first comes out and I don’t understand it I get frustrated as well and turn to BH where members give tips on how to play as well as Lura’s Badge Tips on the top of this page. She gave instructions and tips on how to play Quinn’s.

        To anyone attempting this challenge I wish you good luck! It can be done even with locks and keys. Just takes some patience.

    • I know the requirement for Quinn’s seems tough, but I finished it in less than 6 hours, it took some time to find the Lock and Key levels. It was a matter of going into a level and if there wasn’t any locked tiles, I quickly exited and hit the new level until the Lock and Keys showed up.

  17. I think I will forego this week’s challenges… They lost me last week with the golf one because I cannot play that game, I’m old now and have some fine motor skills problems… I avoid Quinn’s both because I hate it and because of the fine motor skills problems I have which make it very difficult for me to play Quinn’s since it is completely unforgiving of mistakes…

    • For Golf try using the “confirmation method” – I believe it gives you better control over aiming and power – you turn it on by clicking on the “gear” icon when you start a hole.

  20. Well well Quinns find x number of lock and keys and if wasn’t that one well you can rest assured it was it’s going to be Snowbirds finish x amount of games with x number of cards remaining who knows if we are lucky we may get that next week too what fun good luck to all lol

  21. I just knew yesterday that we will get Quinn’s, I just knew. But I didn’t know just how vile it would be. 60 lock and key tiles is a lot of restarts until I get so many winnable levels with locks… Yuck. And once again it’s the same boring games chosen for the challenge.

  23. Unlike most people I love Quinn’s or any mahjong game, but I really would like to see some other games included in these marathons, like mahjong garden or rainy day solitaire. There are many that never get chosen for these. Have fun everyone! and be safe!!

  24. For Anagrams, I used a scrabble word finder. And I only filled in the five letter words, left the rest blank and hit next level. The words I filled in counted towards the 65 needed for the badge and went very quickly. I was done in less than 20 minutes. I also kept hitting next level until I found ones with lots of 5 letter words.

  25. Well I see another event that I won’t be finishing. For me it is the dreaded QA game so now I don’t have to worry about getting any of the remaining games done if I don’t like them. Anagrams will be easy to finish and even Claire Hart won’t be that bad but QA? No way. How many events can Pogo do without putting this game in them. I can handle Snowbird much better then QA. Now it is just matter of completing what I can for the Pogis.

    • If you’ve completed the first 3 tanks in the very first area you can play random levels, there are no set levels that you will find them on and you cannot go back to a certain level, just have to keep quitting a level until you find the ones with locks and keys

  29. Finally finished the Quinn’s, took me a very long time, for every lock and key game, took me almost 12-15 game changes to find it and can’t do a replay on the same game. I went through the whole thing only for 60 lock and keys, not worth the effort but me being so stubborn, I had to finish it.
    Congrats to Captiva007PI for finishing all the games, I finished all except Quinn’s real fast, Anagrams was my favorite, Quinn’s a distant “fun” game….. NOT

  32. I enjoy Quinn’s (one of my favorite games) and I’m almost halfway done with the challenge. It takes me more time to find a puzzle with locks and keys then to play the game. I’m very picky with the layouts as I refuse to play a game that has only 1 lock and key (I found several puzzles that had 3 lock and keys).

    I expected Quinn’s to be one of the games since it’s the GOTM. Looking forward to Snowbird next week as that’s fun too!

    The rest of the games including the weeklies are very easy for me.

  33. For anagrams, I play challenge mode/check in challenge levels 20 and 21 in sequence. That way, I did not have to go back to the menu and restart the challenge after completing one list.
    * List 20 words are quiet, guite, tutee, tutti.
    * List 21 words are icily, ictic, licit, lytic.

    Eleven 5 letter words :
    agger bader badge bared barge bread debag eggar gaged grade raged
    Six games and done.
    (There are four 4 letter words and four 6 letter words but it goes fast.)

    • i can relate Pas9156…. i very much enjoy doing the challenges. However i can NEVER get anywhere doing Quinns ~ so unfortunately once again i will not receive any badge due to having to do that game. There should be an option to do a different game if one can’t do that one~ just saying. However i feel its very sad that one or we have to miss out on anything due to the game of Quinns..So sad!!!

  36. for anagrams, i started to use level 36 on check in challenge. gives 7 5 letter words each repeat. level 20 and 21 are also good for this, as doing them back to back gives you 8 towards the challenge. it is not that long of a badge, unlike qa which will take awhile to find that many levels with locks…yuck! lol.

  37. The Quinn’s Aquarium badge is ridiculous!!! I have spent most of the last 2 days on there and only have 10/60 I am starting to hate badges and I am getting tired of these ridiculous badges who ever came up with them are out to lunch

    • I think Pogo took the original mahjong game from Activision which was called Shanghai from the 1980’s. It was an extremely popular game back then and it still is now.

      I don’t find these badges ridiculous at all not to mention they are free and have pogis.

      Best of luck on getting the remaining 50. I refuse to play a puzzle that has only 1 lock and key. I take the extra time until I find a puzzle that has 2 or 3 locks as it goes much faster.

      There’s a very simple puzzle that has 3 locks and keys. It has 3 columns and the locks are located on the top of each column. I find that layout a lot in random.

      • That 3 lock puzzle is one I’ll do even if I’m doing a badge that doesn’t require locks. It’s easy and I get all 6 sets of shells on it normally.

        And I won’t waste my time on a 1 lock puzzle either.

        I’ve finished mine and now I’m working on my 2nd account, about half way done on that one.

  38. I don’t mind Quinn’s too much. If I can’t win fairly easily, I will move on. It does get frustrating to have to search for a puzzle with lock and key tiles. I have been fortunate in getting a few with three lock and key sets and winning them easily. I’ve got 22/60 and haven’t spent that much time, but have used a couple shuffle or extra space power ups.

    • To tell you the truth –
      I’m not a fan of the game, avoid it whenever I can. But, I had a 2020 Wednesday Challenge for 40 lock/key undone, and then this one, and a gifted (?) M&M for 22 games.
      So I bundled them together, and am working on them. It’s going rather quickly. I only play when there are 2 or 3 sets of locks/keys. I’m already done with the 40, and without any angst 🙂

  41. On that Quinns game it should of been collect 60 shells — Not Locks & Keys
    My guess for next week would be Mahjong Sanctuary & Snowbird
    Those two all always in their picks . Other one might be even worse .
    My only thing is doing all of these and having other things in life to do besides pogo making these challenges harder and longer . Especially when I have no one to help me as I am doing my own and my wife’s also

    • The 3 games for this week are shown above, in the article. You will also find the links to the week 1 and week 2 threads, and you will find the games and requirements in those threads.

      Each badge has a number on it. Pieces 1 thru 3 were from week 1, pieces 4 thru 6 were from week 2, and pieces 7 thru 9 were from week 3. Once you know what number you are missing you can go to the appropriate thread.

  45. honestly think al though i get them done best i can you think pogo realize they keep making same game over an over.. win 60 win 200 that how about just simplify it a beet better im sick of quin an the same game over an over.. don’t they get it.. so whast next on the list of getting them done games… 120more stupisd locks.. why not make them count even if you cant finis the rond yr in get credit.. they are long an stupid
