I most certainly do…usually in Pogo Slots as its a very busy chat room…also every post I make in the forums advertises BH through my Caption “Badgehungry Rocks”

I can’t get the chats to load. I don’t think my matchbook air and Safari is compatible with the chat.

I used chat on a regular basis in Pogo Classic and have mentioned BH. I’m still getting used to chat in Early Access (I do chat in Spades).
Sending my prayers and thoughts to President Trump and the First Lady. May you both heal quickly with no complications from this horrible virus.

i dont use the chat icon because it makes it hard to see my game. But, I definitely use chat when it is part of the actual game {like Canasta}. I miss all the games being like that, not having to open something else just to talk. I dont like pogos new format and sorely miss being able to play with my friends and send emails, even though it is still there, for now, no one is using it. You cant add someone to friends list etc.
But I had always loved chatting with other pogo players, the majority are very friendly!

In the past, in Classic Pogo, I have used it to answer a question or figure out how to do something, but in all honesty I have not used the chat in the format.

I am still adapting to this new style of chat. It seems for me it is ether chat or play the game because it takes up such a large part of the screen. It might just be my old eyes put when I am chatting the game size is a lot smaller.

No, I don’t chat, not anymore.
I was excited at first but then it’s not the “same chat” as before, not sure how to explain it.
Before it was there always, it was part of the game. I don’t like much this open-close, hide-view chat and how the game resizes, plus I find it super hard to read and follow, probably because of the colors and all this contrast mode (I think this is the name) with the white letters on a solid color.
But most important, it took them soooooo long to put chat back that I got used to no chat.
I don’t need it anymore.
Besides I don’t have time to anyway. Since Pogo became a job with all these events, badges, continuous content (levels) added and tons of daily chores, it’s hard to keep up and still find the time to chat, at least for me. Now it’s all a race from game to game working on challenges trying to get all done before the deadline, no time to chat anymore.

I was wondering why pogo doesnt know there isnt any red jewels in Jewel Academy .

I thought it was just me and my computer. That is the pinkest “red” I have ever seen. Pogo seems to recognize red in other games just not jewel academy.

I use chat a lot and I have mentioned BH a lot; some have used this site for help with badges.I don’t like the chat in the new site like most folks; it’s too dark and you have to leave it to see all who’s there unlike the flash version. The game screen is a lot smaller; the chat box is wider noticed so it takes up more room. I wish Pogo kept the same format that everyone was happy with; don’t understand why they didn’t.

Used the chat in Classic pogo but do not find the chat in new format user friendly so don’t use it. Maybe it’s just me. ๐

I had accrued gems through Pogis & saved them up to 104 to be able to gift friends or use them
however I wanted I gifted 2 friends on the same day @ 16 gems each which left me with 72 gems
when I went to send another gift it took them all away & claims I now only have 8 gem what happened
to my 72 gems? I would like them back please, any help would be much appreciated

We’re just players helping other players here.
But you could check on what hapened by
1) Go to the homepage on Classic
2) Click on “My Account” on the top
3) You’ll have to enter your name and password again
4) Go to Billing and Subscription
5) Scroll down to ‘My Gems Purchasing”
6) Click on “View your Gem transaction record”
You’ll be able to see where your gems were spent.
If you have a problem with it I would recommend you go to Help and use the “call back” feature where you will get a customer service rep to call you and help you. I find it best to do this Mon-Fri during regular business hours.

This is off topic. I was wondering when we’ll receive the special badge in Gin when you finish the 4 game of the month challenges.
It said shortly after the end of September. This is the 4th of October and I haven’t received mine yet. Maybe I need to wait a little longer. Just wondering if anyone else has gotten theirs.
