A Summer Garden event has been added to Peggle Blast HD for players who have reached at least level 15. This event will give you the opportunity to earn a game award badge:

  1. Peggle Blast is much more difficult than I thought it would be – not that I completed it yet. lol~
    Plus…You have to complete 15 Levels (in a row) for the badge.
    As always, make sure to click on that House Icon (located to the right) to exit the game,
    if you feel as though you are losing that Level.
    If you click on anything else, you will be back at Level 1.
    Also watch out for Levels ending unexpectedly!!
    Another also: Levels require Challenge + Score, in order to successfully complete.

    • Yep…You must have already completed Level 15 in the regular part of the game,
      in order to qualify for the Special Event badge.

      TO PLAY THE SPECIAL EVENT BADGE:
      Click on the Unicorn (located at the bottom/ left-hand side)♥

    • You need to up to level 15 in order for the event to become “live” – the event itself is only seven levels.

  3. hmmmmmm can’t find it on the game area in order to activate it? Anyone have some suggestions? Muchly appreciated if you do.

    • I found it on the large banner on Early Access. Button for play now and it opens the challenge. Good luck

    • Possibly a silly question …but have you finished up to at least level 15 in the regular game itself?

      You have to be at least at 15.

  4. You have to have wins back-to-back or you get booted to #1 again. However, if you see you are going to lose, click on the house icon, quit, and when you go back you’ll be where you left off.
    I’m finding it difficult to progress.

      • i was on the 3rd level and knew I couldn’t complete it but couldn’t get out of the game. There was no little x at the top. you can’s click on the house icon unless you x out of the game. can someone help me out on this? thanks.

        • Just refresh the game, no need to leave it completely(next to the web address there’s an up button and next one is the refresh button

        • There are multiple ways to leave a game when you think you about to lose. Upper left in most browsers is a circular arrow that will refresh the page. In the game field the far right half inch has icons, one of which is a house (home button). At the extreme upper right is an X to leave the browser, but that will have you needing to resign in.

  5. there is Bjorn (the Horse) in the lower left hand corner to activate the mini game event

  6. Done! It seemed to me that I was offered more balls in some of the 7 games than I usually saw with the same game in regular play. As phillyangel23 said, be sure to click the house icon if you about to lose because losing makes you start over at the first game.

  7. You only have to complete the 7 levels shown to win the badge.

    You have to be at level 15 at least to be able to participate in the event..

    If you lose, and go back, you do see new power ups at the appropriate level, but it is unclear whether those are actually being added to your total when you are doing them a second time. There is no announcement to that effect like there was the first time round.

    I found the whole event very easy, sailed straight through on my first attempt and deliberately lost the last one to see what happened. Once I decided that it was not clear whether I was gaining any additional benefits for re- doing it – I just went through again and completed the whole thing to get the badge.

    • I’m encouraged by that…knowing its 7 levels…thought it was 15 n failed 3 times on 7 cause of points.

      • Jeff – level 7 is level 50 in the actual game.
        The trick is to activate the Kabloey (spelling?) power ups shown in green tiles as early on in the game that you can. The Kabloey power up needs to be shot at a blue tile for it to explode into a flower and take out all tiles in that flower shape.
        Scoring – thats difficult – you get extra points if you can get the gems to drop into the bucket, and of course extra points if the ball goes into the bucket, but if you remember to use off the wall shots and long shots as well it is usually possible to earn the 200,000.
        I play this level alot to do the daily “drop so many gems” requirements.

        • Thanks…wasn’t the level that was irritating me but I managed to get it yesterday by making sure i used every last ball ..if I had 4 left n one shot would finish it…I played the other 3 for whatever points I could before i hit that last target.

        • What happens if I’m up to level 175 and can’t get through it? I’ve tried for a very long time, since the game started. IF I go back to 1 and play will it count?

          • There are 7 special levels for this event. When you enter the game click on Bjorn in the lower left corner and you will get a pop up with the event levels.

            These are not levels that you can access on the map. They can only be accessed from the event pop up.

          • Dix42us: I am not sure what you want to count. Repeating a main game level does count for rank progress. If you mean for this summer garden event you need to enter the event by clicking on the Bjorn icon lower left in the game, as level 1 or 175 or any other in the main game do not apply in this special event.

  8. On a secondary account I intentionally lost round 3 to see if repeating round 2 again gave the power-up award -it did not give me any more super guide power-ups for the repeat

    • I also can’t get through level 5. 1-4 were easy, and I got through them on 1 try each. Anyone have any tips for level 5? Thanks! Have a good day all!

    • Bev, I just replied to you to say I couldn’t get #5 either, and then I got it!! My advice is to shoot at the little elves (or whatever they are) first, and get rid of them all as fast as you can. Then, go for the orange pegs and hope for the best. I got quite a few free balls, too. I guess Pogo heard my complaining, lol! Good luck!

  11. Watch your goals! One of Tula’s needs ALL pegs not just the orange. One of Kablooeey’s needs 150,000 points not just all the gems.

  12. I noticed while working on this Special Event Badge
    that the Daily Challenge requirements were also being met.
    Could the additional Power-Ups have come from there?

  13. Finally finished it. I didn’t think I was going to after trying to complete #1 and #2 but after that they seemed easier so was able to finish it faster then I thought. Also thanks everyone about using the tip about quitting if you can’t make it through. When I knew I couldn’t win I quit after having 1 ball left and that saved me the frustration of going back to #1.= each time.

  14. I got sent back to level 1 lol I am trying to figure out a strategy for this game. Pogo pool is angles and I can usually win that (not in real life lol) but I am having trouble on this game to figure out the strategy…is there one or is all luck and a prayer which is what I have been doing?

  15. I need a caretaker or something! Working on the 7th level and ran out of moves. Wasn’t paying enough attention to hit “home’. So back to the 1st level and now I don’t care.

    • I didn’t get all the way to the 7th level, but was paying so much attention to how many balls I had left that I forgot to watch the score…lol

      And we all know how that ended, back to level 1 🙂

      • The level 7 points requirement sent me back to square 1 two more times. 😀 Once I got 98,500, and so close! That’s a hard level for points so those purple bricks have to be hit.

        It became a mission to complete the darn thing and finally did.

        • Congratulations, Sonja! I felt so bad when I read earlier that you were so close but used your last ball without thinking and got booted to the start. I’m glad you got through it finally 🙂

        • How did you finally reach the goal for level 7? I’ve tried about 50 times already, and best score I could get was 92,000.

          • Luck! That’s it. Got some long shots and was able to get the gems to fall into the bucket so got a lot of extra balls. And those balls were left at the end for a lot of extra points. Then got the full “blast” thing. After all of that still only got about 130,000 points. GL!

  16. Yeah you can’t forget about the home thing. It;s BRUTAL in there IMO.
    But I did it no pu’s at all. Not familiar with this game that much. So it
    CAN be done NO pu’s just takes time and patience. Either of I have
    very lil of. So this wasn’t my cup of tea. But it’s done and I’m glad of
    it, Good luck and I step away a few times. I too had tons of trouble with
    #5. YES kill of those trolls or gnomes whatever they are asap the longer
    they live the more black on the orange they make! GLA trying.

  17. Can someone help me with the daily challenges? I can’t figure out how to earn a star. I looked through help and didn’t see anything about it. Yesterday was the first time I noticed it and got all but that one ~ so frustrating. If anyone has any thoughts, I would love to know!! Thanks!!

    • To earn a star for the daily challenge means to increase score in a previously played level by at least one star. It does not count to add stars by doing a new level.

  18. I would give up on this event except the badge is so darn cute! Good Luck all. I haven’t made it past level 4 yet, but I have more than a week left to keep trying.

  19. This was a very hard badge to do but after the 3rd try I finally succeeded. Thanks for the tip. It sure made a difference. Luck plays a big role for this badge. So, just keep trying and hopefully you will get to the end. It sure taught me to pay attention. lol

    • Yes, it was a hard badge and it took me 7 tries to get it. Finally won b/c I knew enough to hit home again and again. But the badge is so cute that I hung in there. Now thrilled that the GAME IS OVER for me. Ugh.

  20. I managed to finish it n now I play the daily challenge for at least 4/6 goals n get a spin for some free power-ups.

    I’ll be prepared next time lol.

  21. After my first try on the 16th I took a different approach. I didn’t play much on the 17th or 18th, but got both my accounts thru level 3 and stopped. This morning I decided to play until I got the badge on both accounts. After a little less than an hour I completed it on both accounts. It’s all about getting the right board, and paying attention to the score.

    If I got thru it anybody can get thru it 🙂

  22. It’s good to know I’m not the only one who struggled with this event in Peggle Blast. Suffice it to say I wasn’t having a “blast” at this “blasted” game for awhile, lol.

    First time I got stuck on level 5. I’d try it several times and get annoyed so would play a few of the regular levels. I guess I did this going back and forth too many times because one time playing event level 5 I forgot what I was doing and used my last ball. I laughed at myself and started over.

    On try 2 I got stuck a few times but made it all the way to level 7 which I won – nope, wait, I used all the balls but was 2000 short of points. Dang! I hadn’t even been paying attention to points.

    On try 3 I also got stuck a few times but made it to level 6, same as before, used all balls, not enough points. By this time some @#$%& commenced and I put it aside for awhile. I thought then I wouldn’t bother with the event. Sure, the badge is cute and all but I was ready to concede defeat but I didn’t want this thing to beat me!

    This morning I decided to try again and sailed through all the levels and had a few thousand over the required points on level 7. Yippee!! I was a little shocked but I guess after doing the levels that many times they did get somewhat easier. 🙂

  23. OK I am bad at this game. I got to 7 but now should I get rid of those 3 big yellow suns right away? I can’t seem to get enough points either. If I get rid of the last gem, and I don’t have enough will I have a problem?

    • WTG. I am still on 7 for about the 7th hour. I have to be doing something wrong….haha

  25. I finished the event .. I like Peggle Blast Hd.. it is a fun game… .with good challenges…
    during the event i play some new areas… i am only level 63. it was fun … i used some gems to complete it
    and did not have any problem with getting the scores… gl

  26. FINALLY!! That was a hard one for me……but persistence pays off…I think it goes along with the BadgeHungry are badge hungry.
