I didn’t receive a badge for playing the game on my Iphone. Anyone having problems or have a resolution for me?

I had to sign out and in again to receive the badge.

i cant even get to the game to win the badge it comes up pogo encountered a problem and to send a report, im beginning to think its not worth the bother.
