I’ve loved this game from the beginning, but have never seen power ups except for the 10 moves you can buy with gems, where are the other power ups located?? By the way, does anyone besides me think this last batch of games (jewel academy) are a lot harder than the past ones?

Yes…much much harder. I’m having a hard time making progress and that hasn’t been the case with the past releases. I’m so over the vines – they were a fun thing to get through when they were first released, but enough already. Maybe I’m just losing interest in the game.
I think the power-ups are like this: when you run out of moves on a level that counts moves, you can buy extra moves and that pops up as the choice and when you’re on a timed level the power-up gives extra time instead of extra moves. It’s the same power-up suited for what the level is counting.
