I especially like those badges in Chuzzle that you can buy, but can’t activate or play.

They are really special badges that nobody wants in their collection 🙂

And when is Pogo going to realize that they didn’t release any M&M Badges until December 2006? There was no such thing as a Club Pogo Badge until 2003. So how were some of these released in 2000??

I was so surprised to see badges from way back when I was not yet a member. Wow, 2002! I joined in 2005. Thrilling, really. I grabbed the 2 WWs. Guess I had the rest but I’m going back to make sure. (Don’t tell Pogo, but I would have paid big bucks for these 2 gems.)

Hate to break it to you but the dates on Pogo’s end are wrong.

Those two Wordfest badges came out in 2017 as part of the then-newish Badge Magic, which more than a few passed on:

Okay, now my bubble has burst! lol lol Tell the truth, they looked like the new platinum and its ilk when I first viewed them. So, why do I still want them to be “precious”? Because they are of Nestor and Word Whomp my very first favorites and so rudimentary of Pogo origins.

Thanks, Lura, for researching it. Your clarifying facts explain so much. No wonder I never saw them, I did not like the “Magic” stuff. Never bought into it.

The two WW are the only ones I didn’t have either. The (old) Nestor looked so cute as an elf that I had to have it!
    Enjoy your WW games, jigsawing.

Thank you, Ryzandshyn. I’m still going to remain ignorant and vulnerable even though I have had trouble convincing myself that the new artists were copying the old masters. lol

Lura burst my bubble too…lol…too funny really. Either way, I think Nestor looks adorbs.

What I don’t get is why is that the red tag say 50% Off 10 Mix and Match badges.

I see more than 10 on sale or it means we can only pick 10 badges?
    Confused
