Nice selection of badges but I would rather have Poppit Bingo than Poppit. I guess Pogo can’t please everyone.

Well, pogo has to retrieve the revenue they are losing with no badge magic offerings by increasing the price of other items. I noticed the price difference immediately.

Well, no, I didn’t notice that. I like the album but will definitely wait for a sale. As someone said the Poppit one will be long, nightmarishly so for me but I have other similar badges undone so will double them up. Still waiting for a sale, though, and it irks me about the price being the same as for larger albums.

I will get this as all games have in game tokens and I like all the games . Will give me something to do since POGO is making the games that don’t have in game tokens weeklies and dailies quite often and I won’t play those games. I also noticed it is 14 more gems than the other 6 badge Albums .

I totally agree sigh… I’ve been with Pogo since 2003… I think It’s beyond wrong what they are doing with all the games now, and making them HD with NO Tokens for Incentive!! I have no idea why they feel the need to change up everything…but many of us are not Fond at all!! We Pay for this Fun… they act like it costs them Money to give us tokens for games now!!!

I’ll put my money on they didn’t intend to do anything in place of tokens and are now scrambling to figure something out. And they are going to lose more members over this than any other change they have ever made. They have boxed themselves into a corner and don’t know how to get out.
We all know they are worthless, but so is everything on Pogo. We spend money on badges, but what good are they? The same can be said on mini items purchased with gems, and almost all of us have purchased them too. We can at least have fun with our minis, but they are even cutting back there or we would have had a release today.

Yes, they may be worthless in that I can’t do anything with them in the “real world” however to me they aren’t worthless since they represent the satisfaction I get from playing the games. And playing the games helps me escape the “real world” for a period of time and let’s the brain concentrate on something else and distracts it from realizing the amount of pain I am in every second of the day. So everything on Pogo…tokens, badges, etc…represents time I was able to feel a little better. And since it is all stored on Pogo, I don’t have to dust that piggybank that holds my tokens nor the albums and shelf they sit on that holds my badges…win win for me…lol
That is only one reason these things aren’t worthless to me but probably the main one. I have a feeling the people running Pogo are ‘a bit’ younger and don’t realize yet just what the majority of their members enjoy about the site and if they continue along the path they have been travelling over the last year or so will find themselves looking for a new path for employment. And hopefully by that time I will have found another avenue of mental escape for my enjoyment.

In re the Poppit! challenge of dropping “1,500” prizes, please keep in mind that power-ups do not count as prizes and it will take over “100” games played to earn the badge. I’m just glad that I had not activated the Legendary Poppit! M-n-M which requires releasing “50” pretzels. I have “multi-activated” the two challenges and thus far I have dropped “409” prizes and only “18” have been pretzels. Good Luck “everyone”!

Since I haven’t purchased this yet but will probably do so before starting the badge for pretzels to make looking for those a little less frustrating since I do not like Poppit anyway, hopefully they will work like badges for this type requirement has in the past.
If you don’t care about winning the games to rank, you can pop away to release prizes but leave at least one unreleased and hit new game and the amount of prizes released and the specific prize needed counted toward the badge, making progress on the badge quicker since don’t have to wait for the end of game and play again screen or concentrate on strategy of play to win game.

What does it mean “Limited” in this case?
Is this album going soon? (has no retire date tho)
Is because the price is limited to a few days and going up after a week or so similar to what happens with scrap badges?
Is limited in the number of badges vs price?
Is only to make it look different “just for fun”?
Or they are simply trying to sell more using some kind of false advertising?
I always wait for sales if possible, unless is “real” limited then I buy right away so I don’t miss out.
But not sure what to do about this album? Is it limited or not?
By the way, love the album, finally an album with badges for real fun games and not the crappy new htlm or hml5 or that thing.
If we really get a gem sale next week and good discount on other stuff I may buy this album full price.

If a badge book has Mahjong Gardens in it, then the book is a very special fun one for me.
I thought all the badges were fun to do and do-able without a lot of frustration.
It did seem a little bit expensive but maybe because there are 6 badges and they are ” deluxe’ badges?
Yes, this is a limited time badge album. It says it is, and it probably should be, as the celebration of the Club Pogo anniversary comes every year. I remember when they gave us all some little mini goodies for the yearly event. 🙂

I bought this for my daughter and myself, as I buy all Limited Editions for us. I love this one, it’s a lot easier than that Jet Set Solitaire release, I can do the whole album before I can complete even 1 of the Denver stops. 😀

I love all the badges for this awesome album, but my very, very favorite one is the “High Upgrade” for First Class Sol. So clever and so cute. I finished the album with the easiest challenge of all, Canasta. Thought Poppit was never going to end but it did help to pick-up the “Pretzel” one along with it for motivation.

I just checked and sure enough now it has a retire date, It was not there when this album was released that’s why I asked what made it “Limited” (now I know 😉 )

This was one of the best PBAs that Pogo has released in a long time, even with Poppit being part of it 🙂
And there were 4 M&M Badges released recently that matched up nicely with 4 of the 6 PBA Badges. In the beginning I did each badge separately so I could rank up in games. Now I’m thankful that I can basically complete 4 badges for doing nothing other than activating them while working on another badge…lol
And I did save Poppit until last for a reason. I will get 3 badges for dropping those 1500 prizes…the M&M for dropping 50 pretzels, the PBA Badge, and the PBA Completion Badge.
