  1. They say 10 but I only see 5. Why do they keep throwing Quinn down our throats. I may not be able to get these…..I hate Quinn.

    • I am confused. I am at the end of Quinn’s – I am told until they update, there aren’t any new levels. Can anyone tell me how it works? It’s one of the choices of the marathon is why I am asking.

      • I think the new levels will be released tomorrow – so I am going to hold off on that badge until then.

      • new levels will be out tomorrow! they release new content for Quinn’s the second Tuesday of every month

      • There are new levels every 2nd tuesday, so tomorrow will be new levels- You don’t need to wait for them however because after all 60 levels there are random levels to be played =)

      • Pretty sure I read in BH if you have completed all the levels you will still be able to play. You will get random levels.

    • More like why do they keep shoving Escape down our throats. It’s a challenge every time and is a terrible terrible terrible game that is coded to frustrate people to want to buy power ups .

      • I’m another one who doesn’t like Mahjong Escape but I find the easiest way to win this badge is to do Early India, Level One, over and over and I have never had to use power ups on this level. It is easy and quick so good luck.

        • I won’t be doing any of these even if it’s free. The mahjong games have gotten ridiculous. I cant stand ME because it’s shoved down our throats, and I won’t buy gems to play Quinns. Sitting there for hours to get to another level isn’t even a challenge. It’s boring torture! Pogo will be losing me sooner than later.

  2. Happy for another Marathon!!! Looks like the albums are the new marathons! is it just me or just anyone else find it odd that we got ten challenges for mother’s day and only five for father’s day?

    • I can’t remember if there was a particular type of game chosen for Mother’s Day album – this one is obviously Mahjong and that’s just one badge in every Mahjong game they have…

        • Mother’s Day Album badges were better and we had 10 badges. This one is not as good and only 5 badges.

          • I’m still trying to figure out their logic on this one! they give have given us ten like Mother’s day

  4. I’d enjoy the Safari and Dimensions badges only, so I’m sitting this marathon out.
    At least I can report back if it will disappear, and when, since I won’t be opening it. 🙂

    • If it disappears for you it doesn’t mean it will for anyone else though because it only happens to some and not others

  5. I was working on a Garden before the new album came out and I was having a problem. Many times I finished a game and it just sat there when I was done and the game never finished and I received no credit. Today the same problem! So I read the forums and sure enough, others are having the same problem. According to Mod Jada on June 9th this is the fix:

    Click on the yellow line where the “Play Again” would be.

    Pogo puts a badge in this marathon when they know there is a problem with the game. All I can say is oh brother!

  8. I’m really getting sick of these so called marathons & “gift challenges” Pogo needs to make it so we can choose whether we want these badges. Gifting them to us is all fine & dandy but what if we don’t want the badges??? What then??? We are stuck with badges we have to try to earn when we never would have bought them in the first place. Also, surprisingly they are mostly in games that you have to buy power-ups or whatever to win the badge. Don’t get me wrong…I don’t mind marathons, as long as they aren’t being pushed down my throat every week. I even love free badges to earn but don’t make them in games that almost always requires you to shell out gems to earn them. Also, put them in Badge Central so I can decide if I want them, don’t force me to accept them by them so called “gifts”. If people don’t want them, they aren’t much of a gift, especially if it’s in a game I hate & I have to use my precious gems to earn the badge. This is just my opinion. I’m sorry if I offended anyone & I hope this comment gets to the powers that be at Pogo since I’m not sure how or where to voice it so they know how at least one long time member feels.     • You don’t *have* to buy power up’s in ANY game, they will never make you purchase power up’s because it’s simply a *choice* 😉 Good luck!

    • Every game on pogo can be completed without power ups. No one is ever forced to buy them in order to earn a badge.

      • yes but with quinns all they have to do is make them so difficult that the majority of players can’t do them or they take a great deal of time to do. That is why some players feel like they are forced to buy power ups. Of course one does not have to participate in the challenge but then they are left out of the fun. Plus the fact that you do not know what the badges are until you accept the gift and then it is too late. The fact that one can not go back to easier levels in Quinns is an obvious and blatant move by pogo to force some to buy power ups or not be able to participate.

      • That is not always true! There are some that can’t be won in MGarden. You can play over and over and finally win sometimes. Phyllis

  9. O Boy , 5 new free father’s day badges , even if mom’s got ten , lol. I wonder about Pogo , in the 6/5/2018 Insider Update , Pogo tells us they are aware of issues in Quinn’s and yet they stick it in as one of the challenges. Yes , I am one of those that can’t play Quinn anymore because of the issues Pogo knows about.

    • I agree. I can’t play the game because I get a black screen.I’ve tried everything to be able to play it.I really don’t think it’s fair to put a game in that some players can’t play.

      • Have you tried to play the game recently. They did some changes since the last weekly challenge we had.

        I was NOT able to play on my one older computer when we had the weekly challenge. Today I am able to play using my older computer (its a little laggy but thats pretty much EVERYTHING I try to do since its such an old computer)

    However, i just wondered why it says Father’s Day ‘2019’ on the 1st page of the album?….EEEK
    I hope i haven’t missed the latter part of 2018 & the first part of 2019..lol

  13. Tried doing the Father’s Day Limited Edition badge over the weekend in Mahjong Garden and every time I would finish a puzzle the “Play Again” button would not appear. Tried 4 different browsers, anyone else having that problem?? Haven’t tried it yet today.

    • Just click on the thin gold bar that shows where the “play again” button usually is.

  14. No thanks Pogo! Wish there was a icon with a trash can like in the game Poppit Bingo that you could just trash this album. Will not play this marathon due to Quinn’s Aquarium being one of the games. Refuse to play a game that is programmed so you cannot replay levels. Tired of Pogo shoving these marathons with the same numbered badges at us every month and at every holiday!

    • But good news because tomorrow they will give us 60 new levels- They do this the 2nd tuesday of the month! =D

  15. Figures the longer challenges are in the 2 that I don’t like much – and of course those are the same two that have a bunch of power ups to buy. ugh.

  17. I’m glad I was wrong guessing it would all be in Turbo21. I do like that it is in 5 different games so you can hop around. Good call Moms. I think 19 levels in Quinn’s Aquarium is too much. For my computer, I find Torch browser works the best for QA. Time to get my Mahjong on. 🀄

    However, I am so frustrated with Quinn’s Aquarium. I have just played level 26 – 7 times and have gotten almost to the very end and could not complete the game. I am so disappointed in these games that take 8-10 minutes to play and when you lose – you get nothing and are not able to at least restore the game and learn from the mistakes.

    • agree with you, so frustrated here, ready to pull my hair out with quinns aquarium, you can’t go back and redo easier levels and I am stuck as high as I can go, wasting hours and getting nowhere!!

      • You get random levels after the first 60 and tomorrow they will be releasing the next 60 levels =)

    • IE browser froze on me so changed to Edge and having no problems. Try changing to another browser it worked for me. GL

    • If you mean the challenge puzzle the answer is yes. There is no way to pick what you want to play, sorry.

  21. Can someone give me a clue in which games there are more than 2 seasons in Safari? Every game I play in has only 2 seasons and I know some have 4……Help Please.

    • I realize you are talking about Mahjong Escape b/c Safari doesn’t have seasons, nor does that challenge have anything to do with seasons.

      The regular puzzles can have either 2 or 4 season tiles, it changes each time you redo it.

      The timed puzzles have either 6 or 8 season tiles, can change every time you redo it.

  22. Finished 4 and have been on QA for 1 1/2 hrs with 15 left to go. The rate I’m going will take all week to finish. Now I know why only do for badges. :).

    • Finished QA. Broke it up into manageable segments. Went very slow in my choosing which tiles to move and it seemed to work for me. There weren’t too many that had to be redone. Believe it or not was much better at the challenge round, :).

      Now that I have spent some time playing, really don’t mind it as long as I take my time and be patient. Moved up in rank and didn’t use not 1 Pu

  23. A gift is a gift. If someone gave me something I would say Thank you! even if I didn’t like it out of kindness. You do not need to play but I enjoy anything that is given to me because I can barely afford pogo so badges and albums are now a treat. I previously would get one even other month but life happens and I am not so fortunate. I hope Pogo continues to gift us. Also in 11 yrs I have never ever bought a power up so these are doable with never getting power ups. I am disabled and have MS so I have memory and other issues but in time I can do almost any badge.

  25. Ty for the updates ! I do play Quinn’s at this point and they are “random”. As for “Escape” Barcelona has been the easiest for me but I will re-read these comments and go from there.
    I did complete Mahj Safari this morning and it did not even register – it still shows “inactive”, so what do I do? Sit here and re-do it? I hardly think so, lol.
    You all are great !

    • Check your badges, Renee, to see if the Safari badge was awarded. If so, then don’t worry about anything else. (My experience has been that the “inactive” label eventually disappears.) If the badge wasn’t awarded, then you need to decide for yourself whether you want to pursue the Safari badge again. Hope this helps. Hugs, Joan

  26. They really need to allow “Undos” on Quinn.. it just goes to show greedy and inconsiderate the sites management has become.

      • One is literally nothing. You shouldn’t have to spend 5+ minutes per level looking for moves.
        Plus they don’t re-add the “one” back in when you lose.
        They are just greedy anymore…

        • And that is why I play the game like there are no power ups available. Rather than use my big 1 undo I just hit restart. If you are going to play the game that is the only way to tackle it. Just make believe they don’t even exist.

          • That’s exactly how I play all games with power ups. Have done it so long now that I don’t even think about it anymore.

          • Finally finished the badge.. took 5 hours. Had to restart on challenge rounds over 15 times a piece.

            Always a tile underneath another that made me lose 🙁

            They should never limit undos though regardless if it exist or not. It’s just a tacky way for EA to steal gems from people willing to spend ..

  27. There are games I really love; games I like a lot; games that are OK; and games that I really don’t care for. But Pogo created a new category of games for me when it came up with Quinn’s Aquarium ~ I totally dislike the entire concept upon which it was developed, and it will please me to no end if Pogo refrains from “gifting” me with another QA badge ~ A resounding “No Thank You!” Ugh, Joan

  28. To my surprise I am able to play Quinn’s on Chrome now. Its still a little slow but nothing like it was before. I don’t mind a few of the games but some I agree with those saying “again”. We have more then enough games to mix things up so we don’t have to see Poppit Bingo or Mahjong Escapes/Gardens so much really. Really its just the games they hope they can gain a little extra money off the paying members when you think about it and why they are pushing certain ones so much. Anyway, this will take me a little time to get through but at least can do it this time without having to use my phone to play Quinn’s……for now. LOL

  29. Thank You Pogo…It is still our choice if we do them or not. I will do 4 of them, but Quinn will sit there until they dump another weekly of it on us. Then I will try it. Can’t beat the cost of free.

  30. I dont really care for Quinns, but would like to do the badge. Can someone tell me when to use the sand dollars, ?i have about 271.

    • The only thing they are good for is buying fish, when you get that chore. And a couple of times you use them to rush something, but again, it must appear on your list of chores.

      They really aren’t used for much.

      • I completed the quinns badge in fathers day album and used 17 power-ups to get through 19 levels, so this badge cost me $4.25, so I figure to do the quinns album you will need to spend around $15.00 , which is just plain BS.

        • I finished the Marathon on my name and didn’t use any power ups, for any of the badges. And I won’t be using any when I do the Marathon Badges on my other 2 accounts. It can be done without power ups, just hit restart.

          • Thanks for that little tidbit. I finished the 19 levels, didn’t purchase any of the power ups and only used the undo button a couple of times although I did find out if you don’t win the game you can’t use it again until you do. I like you just used the restart button. It will be a cold day in you know where before I play another one of these games unless they make some changes. When it stops being fun to play that might be the time to step away. Anyway, thanks again for the advice.

        • I agree with Suz. No powerup for any of my accounts! I always just restart when there are no longer moves. That will be true throughout for me — even though the new section seems to have more unwinnable layouts.

          • Speaking of power-ups — just in case I decide to “cave” in order to get the last game of the marathon.– Have you used the extra tile holder? How long does it last? Any pointers on power-up use? Also, do the levels get progressively harder? Would appreciate any advice/info on playing this game.

          • According to Mod Jada the extra tile holder last for just 1 game.

            And from personal experience the only puzzle in Part 1 that was really difficult was level #53.

          • Thank you very much Moms, for your so prompt and very helpful response. I’ll have to admit,, though, that your experience and mine differ very widely. I’ve been playing all day on the “Challenge Round.” level 30. I’d be almost finished, but have two or three two-card piles. And they would never be pairs and I’d lose. So I thought I’d give in and try the extra card holder. The funny thing was that I didn’t end up with my regular two-card piles –and cleared the final tiles easily. BUT twice in the game I had a mis-click (my mouse didn’t register a click and I had gone onto clicking the next tile). Anyway, the extra card holder saved me as I then was able to simply click on the two matching cards.

            Anyway, my point is that I appreciate you informing me that it lasted the entire game. In my opinion that makes it the most valuable power-up for the game.

            It’s only rarely that I buy power-ups because I don’t want to encourage Pogo, but I also want to keep them in business, lol.

            I’ve got a long way to go to even reach level 56, lol.

  31. I completed the Marathon but Pogo I won’t be buying any Qinn’s ever unless you change some of the format and I know that won’t happen.

    • The following is an answer from Pogo Llama, could be promising…

      When the developer of Quinn’s Aquarium (Jolly Bear) created the game, this was the progression model they intended to make. The Pogo team has heard the feedback and we are relaying it to the developer.

  34. I finished the Fathers Day Marathon album today….. the only problem with Quinns was the layout of fish were the ones i had to replay several times. like last time… the Challenge Rounds was okay. Happy Fathers day to all fathers uncles, brothers on Sunday . enjoy your day

  37. I loved being awarded the Victory Badge as soon as I’d successfully finished the marathon. Love the purple heart. And Mahjong Escape wasn’t a killer this time. LOL
