Reminder, you CAN hit replay after a hand–you will keep your progress in this game when you do that.

Crab level in San Francisco pays out just over 7000 points and its a win every time, barring a misclick.
Angie says
Thank you for your help! Much appreciated.
catania1966 says
Further to above comment – Rome has some levels where 10000+ is achievable – best thing is the points count EVEN if you LOSE the level.gl ev1
RyzandShyn says
Wow, thanks for that tip!
Rome – Aqueducts – 10,270 !
sighco9999 says
Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco can be won without ever drawing a card start with the 7 on the left and just run the cards .7 8 9 etc.
Millie, skylabastro says
This is a wonderful tip. Thank you, and this was my first one completed. Good luck all.
sirron1957 says
I start with the cards on the right then go left and then in the middle. No cards drawn and approx 4,100 points every time. Finished each hand in about 10 seconds.

yuck
nznuts says
For me I am playing San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge (game 1, level 1) as many times as needed for badge. This one you can play a perfect game every time with no card draws. Just start with the 7 on the bottom row and work your way left to start. Good Luck
nznuts says
Update Note: this will work for every badge in tour but tour 2 where you have to do a finish (airplane) on a level.
Using Game 1/Level 1
Tour 1 29 games
Tour 3 25 games
Tour 4 29 games
Tour 5 12 games
sirron1957 says
That’s what I did except Lap 2, airport level. Fiinished all of them real quick.
sirron1957
ForEvrNeverEnds says
wow I can’t believe I did them all in less than 2 hours total. Kept redoing the San Francisco area and was mega easy when you figure out the layout of the cards they are exactly the same . GL everyone
Catherine L says
I got all done very quick also and I kept redoing levels in San Francisco.
Good luck to all. π
kitchenmagician4 says
I agree on doing San Francisco over and over; even did the Golden Gate Bridge and crab/lobster several times, too.
Evelyn says
On the Jet Tour Lap 5 Badge, you can go back to San Francisco and replay those easy stops until you have 12 wins with 3 stars each. This is the easiest level.
tmbrg2 says
Hope I did not miss the answer to this, but are some of the cards showing up blank-and-white on purpose or is that some sort of glitch. Not being able to see but two or three card faces makes it sooooo hard.
MomsBassetHound says
It sounds like the game didn’t load correctly. I would leave and try loading the game again.
Good Luck!
Suz
tmbrg2 says
Problem still continuing (Mac w/Firefox), but I can still play the game. Making excellent progress in Crab/SF level. Frustrating that only one of these badges can be activated at a time.
PrairiesDweller says
I have the same problem. Several cards are blank using Firefox on my Mac.
So I switched to Safari on my Mac and everything was okay. I can also play Jet Set on my iPad using Safari browser – game will not load on my iPad using Puffin browser.
Vicki Renner says
I used San Fran Crab level for all of the laps but the one where you have to use the airplane.
Lap 1 17 games
Lap 2 use San Fran airport
Lap 3 18 games
Lap 4 29 games
Lap 5 12 games
Cards the same every single time, you never have to draw a card whether you pick the 2 or the king after the ace
Good Luck!!
hockeygirl57 says
I have stopped competing in the seemingly never-ending marathons. While I absolutely appreciate the free badges, I am marathoned out.
Good luck to all participants!
silnet says
Agree!
I haven’t stopped doing the marathons (yet) but I’m also getting “marathoned-out”
Is not something special or surprising anymore, no expectation either, now is just one chore we have to do every few weeks
(I’m aware I dont have to participate if I dont want to and I do appreciate the free badges)
At least this one is the good excuse to play a game I don’t play unless is for a badge and here I am with 5 of them! lol I will go for all new puzzles to try ot unlock as many cities as I can.
tiggerlicious196 says
I am participating, but definitely agree they aren’t special like I had thought they were originally going to be set for =-/ I love free badges and a goal to meet, etc. just eek, they *should* be for special times, not just anytime they feel like(which is a bit too much lately)
sirron1957 says
I agree, especially since this is the 2nd Jet Set Solitaire marathon this year.

Kirsten says
Finished all badges in an hour. Also got an MNM done. Would have been nice if the new levels were out. Just redid San Francisco and never lost a round so it went smooth π
Gl All!
Lizzbrad says
It would be interesting to see how many games people take to complete one flight…it just took me 17 times to get 1 city in Denver. I did one whole badge playing 1 city…..
jimmiejim says
Yes but I would hardly call this a marathon!! Oh I guess if you played harder levels to rank up it would take longer but it was a lot less than an hour for the whole thing. Some of the recent dailies took longer than the whole marathon!!! lol
PAN says
At the risk of being labeled a chronic complainer, this was the dumbest marathon ever!
afriend says
I wanted to try and earn some of those 3 star badges. Haha even got
a 15 card streak and still 2 stars. I have 2 left and for that 3 star one
know going back to the 1st game. Think going back to it now too doing
the airport one wanted to increase those stars in a few games not happening.
Certainly not buying pu’s for this game and marathon. Nice free badges though.
MomsBassetHound says
I’m just redoing San Fran for most of the badges. I’ve never finished all the cities so finished off Rome on the badge where you just had to remove 400 cards. At least I got 1 bonus badge π
Suz
Luckysupermom says
I did all 5 challenges in less than an hour. Was an easy challenge.
Crissylynn85 says
Last time we had a challenge in this game I stop receiving credit on the last day and missed the opportunity for the special badge. I tried for another week to get the badge no credit and it ended up expiring I hope it will be diff this time.
Hels says
I tried to get into it, and it tells me it cannot load the game… somehow, 9000 people are playing – and I cannot. I will try again later.
my deenie9 says
Easy way to get these badges use SanFrancisco all easy and you get everything you need have fun
jhazeleyes says
On lap 2 what do they mean by 10 airport levels?
MomsBassetHound says
It’s the last puzzle in any city, the one that has the airplane icon.
Suz
RyzandShyn says
I did the airport level badge (#2) this morning before work, that was easy enough…I started at the beginning and worked through all the airport levels I had.
I’m working on the 3 stars badge now (#5)…..starting at the beginning and trying for 3 stars on all the levels I didn’t have 3 stars on yet.
The way they structured this, there doesn’t seem to be way to get all 5 done (if you also work full time) unless you just replay the easy stuff, which seems silly/boring/not fun to (crabby old) me.
Sigh….I was looking forward to this marathon because I kind of grew to like the game.
RyzandShyn says
Ok, I guess I was just grumpy when I posted the above….my apologies.
I’m done with all but the 29 games, and that will surely get done by the deadline.
It was kind of fun, even if I replayed some already played levels to get to where I am now.
Rome – Aqueducts really helped rack up the points for the 120,000 badge.
jhazeleyes says
Thank you Suz
MomsBassetHound says
You’re very welcome!
When the game first came out they released a badge where you had to complete the “boss” level. I had no idea what it was, but someone on BH explained that it was the last puzzle in a city. Pogo then amended the wording to “airport” level, not much of an improvement π
Suz
HOCK9952 says
It still says “Boss Levels” in the stats. LOL Oh well, at least I’m the boss of something.
I’m using this marathon as an opportunity to increase to 3 stars where ever I’m able. Good luck everyone!
jhazeleyes says
Marathon completed , GL everyone. π
Sonja says
Easiest marathon ever! I made it a bit harder on myself trying to get 3 stars in various cities for one or two of the badges that I didn’t have to win the game and succeeded on one. Otherwise it was level one. I don’t mind the game, but resent having to get three stars not on skill, but on buying power-ups. The meter shows it’s all but impossible without boosters. Yet thanks Pogo for the 5 new free badges, plus one for completing it.
Dave says
Too Easy! Stayed on San Francisco and finished all 5 in about 2 hours! Dave
Blysse says
Finished the marathon in 2.5 hours and went from rank 8 to rank 10!
Blues4eva2003 says
Finished the Marathon in 64 mins using the San Fran Level made rank 10 and have Every City in this Game done but Sydney where 3 stars dont come easy lol Easiest Marathon Ever for me
Life4Style says
I completed 4 of the badges but won;t get the last one. I can’t seem to get off the Golden State Beidge, so I’m just enjoying the magnificent view!
Tom says
The marathons have become a tedious, boring chore, particularly being all in one game… I’d very much prefer like the ones long ago where they merely gave you an additional challenge slot and you chose whatever you wanted, or even the finish 5 badges in 2 weeks… but at least it’s done now… \:\
I do wish that Pogo would do something else inventive and interesting:
If ever the games to be played changed, at least a few times a year, I would probably be interested in the tournaments again, maybe. I remember being a part of a grand effort to set a record for the most people playing during a set period. Site Wide Challenges,, at least one or two of them long ago, were to play any game you wanted. The best ever was the Dr. Pepper promotion with the exclusive mini items and Clue episode… π
Have a good weekend EV1!
GL, Tom
playcody06 says
thank you pogo for the free badges yes it was easy but did any 1 notice not 1 token was given for this, I like these marathons why would any 1 complain ,pogo has been very generous thank you
MomsBassetHound says
The only tokens were from completing the badges, the newer games don’t award tokens for just playing the game.

This question is not for the marathon. I’ve finished those badges but am STUCK on Sydney Australia. It requires 16 stars and for the life of me I can’t get but 14. Some
of them I have tried 20 times. Has anyone else had trouble here or if it just me?
Any tips or ideas would be appreciated. Happy Pogoing!
Millie, skylabastro says
I’ve completed # 1, 3, 4 n 5 laps. But for lap 5, what does it mean to Complete 10 airport Levels? Can someone please tell me which game should I play on, and what does an Airport Level mean?
Any help will be appreciated. TIA
HUGS, Millie
MomsBassetHound says
Airport level is the last puzzle in any city, the puzzle with the airplane icon.

Finished the marathon and had fun!
Earlier this week I started working on a Jet Set M&M before I knew of the marathon starting on Friday.
All in all I earned 6 M&M badges and 8 Coach badges this week….not bad.
I finished through New Delhi, and think I’ll work on making time to play it and make more progress.
Good Luck to all.
Kathy says
I finished the marathon great fun gl
DebbieD says
Thanks for all of the tips!! I “flew” right through the marathon with everyone’s help. Thanks for the free badges, Pogo!! I enjoy these marathons and haven’t grown tired of them at all.
Rilae says
I’ll be trying to work on my 3-stars. I think I will be stuck on the Big Apple forever! xD
Jon C says
I completed the marathon approx 1.5 hours
SAZLdy says
I completed the 16 stars to do the airport level in Sydney. I got 2 stars on that so I have 18 of 21 stars. Why won’t it allow me to advance??
MomsBassetHound says
Sydney is currently the last city, there is nowhere for you to go at this point.
Suz
JAN says
thanks for your answer to this. That was the question I was going to ask! lol
SAZLdy says
Ok thanks so much!
kf88 says
Have they given out the special edition reward badge yet? I completed all challenges by March 11 and haven’t received a reward.
MomsBassetHound says
The Marathon did not end until March 15th, and it can take up to 2 weeks after the end date to receive the completion badge.
Suz
MomsBassetHound says
The completion badge was awarded last evening to anyone that completed all the badges on or before 3/15/18.

I having been trying forever to get Lap 5 and I must be missing something. I played San Fran for 13+ games and got 3 stars each time – and it still shows 0/12. I’ve completed at least 12 levels with 3 stars and it still shows 0/12. In fact, in between games, the challenge doesn’t even appear! Any ideas?
jigsawing says
When you have finished a hand don’t click on “repeat” or “re-do”. That will undo your win. Click on “Next”.
littlepenguin200 says
Thank for the advice! Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I played a hand on San Fran and then clicked Continue, which brought me back to the map. I then clicked San Fran again, etc. 12 times, and I got all three stars each time. I never saw any progress. It’s always 0 of 12. It’s like there’s some bug that won’t record my progress (unless I’m doing something phenomenally stupid).
