  1. Well, that’s good news, I am pretty excited. I’ve not finished the last garden simply because there have been so many badges to do but now I can start working on SG again. Thanks, Pogo!

  4. Weird. Wondered how they would handle this given that we’ve all been accumulating stars for months. When I loaded the game I had about 1,900 stars. Fortunately I have many, many levels with far less than 3 stars but don’t feel very motivated about replaying them to earn higher amounts. Rank 60 was supposed to kick in at around 1,400 to 1,500 stars. So how do I now count the 400+ that are not being applied to the next badge??

    • It’s just like Pogo Bowl. The last time they added ranks I had to adjust the total needed for rank 70 by adding the new JP spins needed to what showed in my stats. I had add about 450 JP spins that didn’t count, and will have to do the same when they make it the GOTM.

      You just have to add the number of stars needed for these 10 new ranks to what you have now. Sorry!

    • That’s why I didn’t want new ranks. I figured the stars we gained before the new ranks added wouldn’t count. Just like for Mahjong Escape they seem to have a different counter for total stars that they use for ranks then they show us.

  5. Do stars keep accumulating on levels you have already played?? I don’t play this very much since, for me, it’s almost impossible to get even 2 stars and I figure you need to get 3 stars to make headway in rank.

    • If you replay a level and go from 2 to 3 stars that extra star would count. If you redo a level where you had 3 stars you get nothing towards rank for replaying it.

  7. Eh, normally I prefer not being auto-ranked based on progress since you were previously ranked out, but given that there’s only a finite number of stars available it feels somewhat unfair to the loyal players for them not to do it here.

  8. In Solitaire Garden does anyone else notice that some of the seeds disappear? I used to like letting my seeds mount up before I started using them to decorate my garden. But sometimes when I went in to play I noticed that what they showed I had was less than what I had the day before. So I started writing down my count when I was leaving for the day and sure enough the next day I had lost between 100 and 200 seeds.

  10. I have been at rank 60 since February. I went in to play today and increased my star count by one and that brought me to rank 61. I don’t see how many stars we need to reach any of the ranks leading up to 70.

    • BH is now showing that it takes 2046 stars to reach rank 70. I have 2282 stars and am still at rank 61. How will I ever achieve ranks 62-70? Anybody know?

      • There was no auto ranking, so you need to take the stars needed from rank 60 to rank 70 (636) and add that to the stars you had. That will be the number of stars that you will need to reach rank 70.

        I had 1770 stars before the new ranks were added, so that is my starting point. When I add the 636 stars needed for rank 60 to 70 my goal will be 2406 for rank 70.

        The only people that will reach rank 70 at 2046 are the ones that are not at rank 60 yet.

        • Thank you for this explanation. I really appreciate it. No auto-ranking was mentioned here, but I didn’t understand how it would work or how many stars would be needed. Now I see that it is just simple math. And that my new goal is somewhere around 2900.

  11. From looking at the badges list ,it looks like the Oct 15 release is going to be a halloween garden. Could be interesting. 🙂
