Fringo is a unique online game that combines elements of slots and bingo. Each game of Fringo pits players against each other as they attempt to end up on top and win coins. There are other exciting features, such as a daily bonus, achievements, and special, limited-time events. The bingo-slot aspect is fairly simple, but there are some things you should know as you progress through Fringo and learn how the game works.
The Basics
Before you start a round of Fringo, you’ll select a bingo card with 25 fruits. Once the game starts, fruits will appear across the top on the conveyer belt. If you see a fruit that matches one on your card, click to daub that fruit on your card. A set of fruits on one of the paylines is called a Fringo (like a Bingo), and each Fringo is worth a large number of points. After 40 fruits have appeared, the player with the highest score is the winner. There are 15 different paylines — Fringos — available on each card. You can see the different paylines by mousing over the numbered arrows on the left-hand side of the screen:

Fringo is a multiplayer game, meaning that you’re competing against other people every time you play. Everyone bets a certain number of coins, and the top 3 players get a prize at the end of the round. At first, the bets and payouts are relatively small, but as you continue to play, you’ll unlock more islands (locations), which will enable you to play higher-stakes games.
Power-Ups
In addition to the normal process of clearing fruits from your card, there are some mechanics that can help you gain more points in each round. The most important way to increase your score is by utilizing power-ups. More power-ups can be acquired through the daily bonus or by purchasing with Gems. However, you can only get Gems by purchasing them. Regardless, you should have enough power-ups to be successful, at least at the lower levels.

To charge power-ups, fill up the bar in the upper-right by clearing fruits with lightning icons — the more icons, the more charge. Earning all the achievements for an island will reward you with Coins and more power-ups.
Tip: If you ever have two or more of the same fruit on your card, check if either of them have lightning. If one does, clear that one first so you can earn power-up charge. Also, if one of them will complete a Fringo, it’s more valuable than the other.
Islands
As you play more rounds of Fringo, you’ll earn Fringo Points. When you have enough of these, you’ll unlock new islands. You’ll need 7,000 Fringo Points to unlock Topolini Island, 31,500 to unlock Ananas Island, and 45,000 for Pearl Island. The final island—Jackpot Island—requires 238,000 Fringo Points and each player bets 5,000,000 coins every round.

Tip: Fruit Family, the power-up unlocked at the second island, Topolini, allows you to clear all fruits of a certain kind, like every apple or every watermelon. If you didn’t know that, you might not think to check for a fruit that you have 2 or even 3 of. Take a second before using it to check if you can get multiple fruits at once.
The above should be a great start for anyone who’s new to Fringo, but as you move through the islands, you’ll find that the competition becomes a lot stronger, so there are advanced strategies that will come in handy.
