Yippee! I enjoy playing all the games in this PBA, and am running right over to Pogo to buy it. 🙂
I appreciate the criteria choices, ones I haven’t had to try for before, such as in Tri Peaks, Payday, First Class, and Pyramid – the criteria will add a new way for me to look at my play, which adds to the fun for me.

The criteria is the goal for winning the badge that Pogo set.
Example: winning the Tri Peaks badge states “Win 12 hands with at least 5 draws left in 2 weeks”.
If you go back and look at all the older Tri Peaks badges, you won’t see “counting draws left” as a often used criteria for earning a Tri Peaks badge.
(Actually, I don’t think I’ve seen it ever before, but I could be wrong)

I’m all ranked out in Tri-Peaks again and I’m petty darn good at the game, but this badge took forever. Wow, it was a no-win no-win time in there. But I still love the game.

I’ve only played it for badges, so nowhere near ever being ranked out, not even the 1st time 🙂 But anytime I play it I can go without winning a few and then win 6 in a row. It’s just how the cards get dealt, luck of the draw.

For Pyramid Solitaire –
I was off to a slow start.
Then I put a little post-it note on the screen to remind myself of the combinations that make 13.
After a bunch of hands, I didn’t need to reference it much anymore and started to win.
I’m at 5 now.
There’s a M&M with the same criteria, so I’m going to get a 2-fer when I’m done….sweet 🙂

I would luv 2 buy album but can’t Win Pyramid Solitaire games at all so that knocks me out & wish pogo would have put another game instead of Pyramid..have grt fun ev1..blessings..Loretta 🙂

I think I will skip this album because I don’t like playing solitaire gardens over and over again just to win a single game. This will be the first album that I don’t have as I have every other one. The game becomes an irritant after a while. For those of you who enjoy the game, I am happy for you. Have fun and enjoy.

Just pick an easy level from English Garden 1 that you can finish in a couple of minutes and play it 33 times. Yes, over and over 33 times.

Happy about the album because it contains so many solitaire games (my favourite category).
But of course will wait for a sale as I have so many badges unearned.
Tips for Pyramid:
1. Before the game starts look at the exposed 7 cards on the bottom of the pyramid plus
the card on the top left for matches – every second counts!
2. Look at the top of the pyramid to see if there any blocks. For example a 5 is on top of an 8. You need to hold on to an 8 lower in the pyramid or in the draw pile or you will lose.
3. It is usually better not to match 2 cards in the draw pile unless they are the last match for those cards.
First Class Solitaire – just put the Diamond power up up top – no need to win game (thankfully).
Jungle Gin – you have to go into options and make the game Oklahoma Gin or no progress for you!
Spider Solitaire – DO NOT use the top right free column or no progress for you!

For Solitaire Gardens a fast, easy puzzle is in English Garden 1 – level 2. Very few cards in a simple layout and most hands are easily won. A quick, fun badge.

I had so much fun doing these badges!!
I think the “Eagles Dinner” badge is my favorite badge.. We have a bald eagle pair nesting on the Brazos River, and I can see the eagles flying every day. It’s so gratifying to know that they’ve survived as a species and are re-populating in the wild.
Also, they are such a beautiful symbol of our country’s majesty.
I truly loved everything about every challenge and badge in the book. I want another new one to do now. 🙂

I will get this album eventually. Been holding back on buying albums until I finish the ones I already own. Besides, that will give Pogo time to have a sale LOL.

Went immediately to buy this one. Two of my old favorites, Tri Peaks and Jungle Gin. I love both games but have all the badges and they rarely come out with new ones so this album makes me happy. Of the solitaires I like World Class better but the other is OK.
I also love the artwork on this album so that’s a big plus as well.
