  1. I’ve played Claire Hart three times and it’s not rewarding the badge for completing an episode in 30 minutes. Not off to a good start!

  5. nice selection of badges.glad I held back doing the send 25 gifts in safari in a album now I can do it along side the one released today.

  7. Having same problem with Claire Hart badge. Even tried two different episodes, and one of those two tried twice …. still no awarding of the badge.

  8. I too purchased the Claire Hart badge. The badge is not giving credit for completing the challenge.

  11. glad i checked here before trying the Claire Hart badge. Also glad that the phlinx badge came out in this batch and that the spiders one did too, since phlinx is a challenge this week and spiders is a challenge next week. gl all

  19. It seems none of these are working …I’ve tried several different badges several times with no luck at all. Come on Pogo FIX your site problems! Geesch!!!

  20. badgehungry peeps that aren’t getting their badges need company! just tried claire hart again and still no progress. thinking pogo should just award the badge to all of us that have earned the badge several times but not gotten credit for it.
    if we are going to buy a badge with gems, why wouldn’t we finish it? seems logical to me 🙂

  21. Thank you Lura. I did manage to figure it out. They left me hanging on for 25 minutes. That’s an awful long wait, but the problem was taken care of. It’s still not showing it’s done on my home page or in my book, but when I click on badges it shows in there. I love BH people. You are the best.

  26. None of the new M&M badges are working yet dang it Pogo…we paid $$$$$$$$ for these, this is ridiculous in MHO ;-(

  27. Shetrees #27 – The only badge I’ve heard that isn’t working is Claire Hart. I know of 1 person that has completed the Phlinx and another person that has done the Mahjong Safari & Sweet Tooth badges.

    Sorry you are having a problem, but it’s not site wide.

  31. I just did the claire Hart badge and its still not giving it to me..Two days trying for it makes no sense…They not working on it very hard to fix it…I think they need to refund everyone for all the trouble everyone is going through

  32. thbnggrnny #32 – Just stop trying until Pogo gets it fixed. It will be posted in the Pogo forums and on BH, in this thread, when you can earn the badge.

    Since I saw that it was not working I didn’t even activate it.

  33. This is 3rd day an Claire Hart still not working for the new badge…..Very disappointing…HELP !!!!

  34. luv #34 – And it may be next week until they fix it. Just go work on another badge. There is nothing that anyone can do until Pogo gets around to fixing it. When it’s ready to go I’m sure we will all know about it.

  35. Thanks for keeping us informed Moms. I haven’t activated the badge at all since I had seen the comments here. I’m sure Lura will post an update when the badge will be able to be activated.

  36. Finally today I was awarded my badges in the other new M&M releases 😉 Will just wait on Pogo to fix Claire Hart.

  37. Dumb me! I already activated all these new MnM’s including Claire Hart. Got all the rest except that one. Tried again today with no luck so will just lay low until maybe next week when it gets fixed. I am sure BH will notify us. Have a good weekend all.

  39. October 7th and Claire Hart is STILL not awarding, played 3 times (all 3 completed within 30 minutes combined).

    At this point I don’t expect them to fix it until maintenance next Tuesday 🙁

  41. I sure hope it gets fixed during maintenance this week but I’m not holding my breath. Just like the big glitch when they put the sale on Claire Hart several weeks ago. Clue & Claire Hart are my 2 favorite so I will be really disappointed if this isn’t fixed soon.

  42. I went to online supprt (waited an hour and 15 min) and after another 30-45 min the tech said he was unable to award my account the badge at that time…to come back in 2-3 hours. That his support person was not available at that time. Pogo tech support is getting pathetic!!

  43. sirron #43 – It is not the reps fault. Customer Service has been told not to give out a badge for any reason. It has to go to a supervisor to be reviewed. Unfortunately they had to do this b/c of the members that abused it when reps could award badges.

    I’m just sitting back and waiting for them to fix it.

  44. Guess I’m gonna have to do the same. There have been times in the past when I did earn a badge but didn’t get credit for it so went to online help and got it awarded. Times have changed.

  45. Well, a whole week and Claire Hart still isn’t fixed. I’m sitting at 79/80 on Thousand Island Solitaire, and have the other 4 done. I’m waiting until Claire Hart gets fixed before I finish Thousand Island. I just don’t want Claire Hart to be the badge I need to close M&M Album #60. I really have no idea why it’s taking this long. There are plenty of HOG badges that require that you do an episode in a certain amount of time. I can’t figure out why this badge coding was any different.

  46. For Moms = Suz / I completed my 38th m-n-m album and bought 6 already for album 39 but I 2 am waiting for Claire to be Fixed and agree it is taking way to long!
    I hope that when you said when it does finally get fixed??? That my album will say complete and that I receive the bonus badge for completing the album. I have 116 albums which I had NO problems with/ I agree again come on fix Claire PLEASE!!!

  49. Janice #49 – I got in and finished it. It’s only the home page that is not loading. If you go in thru a game you should be fine. I just got off the phone with Ro. She had to use Internet Explorer to get onto Pogo, but that’s working just fine as of now.

    When I finished the badge it counted correctly in my M&M Album. And I did get my completion badge for closing an album.

  50. Lol! Thanks Suz #50! I took a quick outdoors break to cut flowerheads off of Hostas trying to bloom in October, poor things. Started raining, so I came back in and tried Pogo. Homepage results in a redirect loop error from Chrome, but the links from the Crossword Cove answers list here got me in, and I am getting ready to start the badge in a minute. Just have to decide which of my go-to episodes to use, since I did not save the new episode for this badge. Lol!

  55. v #55 – No there wasn’t. Pogo only does scheduled maintenance every 2 weeks.

    Here is part of a answer that Lura gave on the Q&A this morning about a totally different problem….notice that the date is 2 weeks from now, not next Tuesday.

    Because of this, I’m suspecting this is unintentional and I’m expecting Pogo will change back to the regular chat icons soon (“soon” being probably at the next maintenance period on 10/28).

  58. I finished 1 episode of Claire heart “HAUNTED” and never got the badge>Am I doing something wrong?
