Amazing Minis: Holiday Event

Amazing MinisPogo’s Amazing Minis Holiday Event is Thursday! Mark your calendars!

WHEN? Thursday, December 20th

WHAT TIME? 2 PM Pacific (5 PM Eastern, 10 PM GMT)

WHERE? Panda Pai Gow Poker!

It’s at special themed events like these in the past that Pogo has given out either Mini items or coupons to participants. There’s no guarantee they’ll give away anything this time, but if you’re interested you should attend.

  10. hi the rooms are amazing mini rooms no 01 thru 24
    come early and have fun … last amazing mini event we met in the second room downj
    to come and join. that is where i found last time ….
    if the room get full, be prepared to move, the judges do not have full rooms
    so they can get in

  13. Geea la-weez when are they going to put the rooms up? When I use the link it takes me to Word Craft. I keep checking both and I see no rooms for either yet, and it’s 55 minutes away!

  16. bella i was wondering same thing they normally have rooms up 1 1/2 hrs b4 judges appear and it starts at 10pm uk time leaving pogo 40 mins to get these rooms up,i keep refreshing panda poker rooms page

  19. lura has pogo cancelled the mini event? cause theres 20 mins left to 10pm uk time and thats when judges normally start to show up in the rooms and yet pogo hasnt opended up the mini event rooms in panda poker.

  22. If you click on title it takes to Word Craft only room I see right now for Amazing Minis Holiday event.I keeps searching for Panda Pai Gow poker but can’t find rooms.

  28. one thing ive just noticed is the member rooms are filling up but the mini events are held in non member section

  29. I was going to try to contact live support and see what they say but I could not get anything to give me an option for live chat. Can anyone else contact them and ask whats going on?

    • Bmonkeygurl: someone in the room I was in said their friend contacted support and was told to leave a message on Facebook, so that’s probably just a waste of time. :/

  41. Just a heads up, if you apply the coupon too soon, you only get 100 tokens off, instead of it being free. So wait until the time comes around! (I wanted to try it early to see what happens, lol)

  42. So apparently the ‘border of bulbs’ released earlier today (pg 5 of new releases) was intended to be the mini ‘gift’ for attending the event if you used the code
    AMAZINGMINI (might have an S on the end) between 5 and 6pm est.

    It’s the first time they’ve done this and they appologize. (How many events in the past year had freebies for mini events?)

    I almost think someone new got put in charge and goofed royally. Attendance item put out early and rooms not ready until the time of the show.

  43. And whoopdidoo, we can get free a 1800 token item (guess you’re SOL if you already purchased it earlier).

    The whole event smells a little of being thrown together at the last minute.

  46. We didn’t get anything but a token item that we already bought. I thought you get a special gem item for attending, not something already in mini mall!

  47. Is anyone else having problems with the code? It is after 6pm ET and it is only giving me 100 tokens off

  48. The code is still only deducting 100 tokens. And the message says “Free to particiapants for one hour after the event”…. Bah Humbug!

  49. FYI – You must use coupon code AMAZINGMINI2 to get the border for free. If you use AMAZINGMINI, it only takes 100 tokens off. I agree its a cheesy prize for a mini event. Half the fun of mini events is to get something only a few can get. That’s just my opinion. Happy Holidays everyone!!!

  52. If you stayed long enough in the room, Pogo also apologized for getting the coupon code wrong and changed it to AMAZINGMINI2.

  54. Congrats to all who participated and won. What a frustrating experience with last minute rooms, wrong code, etc. I was so hoping for a special item and, like others, had already bought the bulb border. I did get it for my 2nd acct but I was surprised that I was picked since there were so many clever minis. Several folks from my room (14) were picked too.
