I love to listen to audio books while playing slots games. It’s a great way to work on badges and catch up on my “reading”. Fortunately for me I’m able to borrow audio books from my local library.

Hi Everyone!
For all the slots games, I go into a room by myself. As soon as I get the genie (or other important symbol depending on the game), I change rooms. I just continued to do this. This seemed to work best for me. Good luck

l love slots games and this is no exception. Like all slots this game can get very boring if played for any length. however by playing can be very beneficial to your token balace. token wins vary from ten tokens to 3500 tokens and jackpot spin wins vary from 50 right up to 10000 tokens.
while ranking out in this game (twice) i found it very helpful to have a badge or two running while playing, my favourite badge of choice was the heaps of coin badge(collect 300 gold coins) actually completed this one some 19times lol
well you cant beat a bit on the side. hehehe
have fun, enjoy

I’m usually watching TV when I’m playing any slot game. I normally stay in the same room, will only change if there’s drama going on. I don’t find that changing rooms helps with getting a badge, but that’s just my opinion.

Suz: you only change if there’s drama??? I always stick around in a room if there’s drama, makes the time go by faster to watch the crazy scroll by! 🙂

I ranked out in Ali Baba by setting my timer for ten minutes. If I didn’t get a genie, or whatever it takes to rank (sorry, it’s been awhile), in that amount of time, I would change rooms and do it again. If I did get a genie in the first ten minutes, I would set the timer again and stay in that room. It really wasn’t too painful. I am finding Monopoly Slots to be much worse. GL

But I can’t watch the drama in chat and the TV at the same time….LOL

I am kinda with you suz,,,,I watch tv while playing slot games,,,,,but the drama is ok,,,,I hate drama when playing something i NEED to concentrate on,,like mahjong garden,,,,, poker,,,or pool, otherwise the drama is a free show to me,,,,lol I tend to read chat more than play,,,so don’t care for it in certain games. I also tend to choose smaller rooms, for most games. Lura,,,I am with you on the drama chit, depending on what it is,,,sometimes it’s sickening,,,,but most times it’s quite amusing!!! Like I said,,,,,a free show!!! lol This older lady can use a laff or two at times!!!! And at times adds to it!!! Hope you all had a great day with the Dad’s in your life, on Sunday,,,,happy gaming, and ty for the great site Lura!

I usually either watch sports or read a book when I am playing the slots. Of course if people are chatting, and there is some drama than I might pay attention to that. (lol)

Slot games with ranks run in cycles. Changing rooms does not matter. Maybe nothing for 30 to 40 minutes, and then 2 or 3 in a row. Monopoly Slots seems to be tokens one day and the dice next day. I’m ranked out in Ali Baba, Sock Hop, and Monopoly Slots. I always played in the same room. Football Season helps me a lot in boring games. LOL

Hi everyone, we have received a ton of comments about the display bug in Ali Baba Slots — instead of discussing that here, I made a note on the Ali Baba Slots Tips, Ranks, and Badges page that includes a temporary solution until Pogo gets around to fixing it. For archival purposes, comments here will be about hints, tips, or what you do to pass the time while you’re ranking up in Ali Baba Slots. 🙂

Drama – there is drama in Pogoland? Cripes!! Who knew?? Ali Babba slots was one of the first games I played on pogo 10 years ago. (it has had a makeover since the original one) The key to my sanity while playing is a distraction of some sort like reading, listening to the TV or chatting a bit with friendly pogo folks. I rarely change rooms because I never found it to make a difference in that game. I do find personally that Ali Babba’s story moves along more quickly for me than the other slots. It really amounts to click click clicking. Good luck all.

One way I pass the time in slots (and other click click click games) is to keep the laptop on the kitchen counter and hit the mouse button (with my elbow if hands are wet) whenever I hear the right sound. I just keep the cursor set to the right spot and give it a click as I pass by. I’ve done this while prepping veggies, loading or unloading the dishwasher, stirring a pot, running a mixer, wiping counters — any general kitchen work if not too messy or attention-intensive. Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming also work if confined to one room.
I have a computer with a nice big track pad so it works well. I used to have an app that would make my iPod into a remote for the laptop and that was sweet too! I’d leave it on the opposite side of the room just in case I needed to click from there.
TV is the other way I pass the time while clicking. But I have a lot more kitchen time than TV time!
Re: drama — I’m one of those who leaves if there is inane chat or drama. It’s one kind of distraction I do not find entertaining!

I also do the same on my lap top for all slot games, I clean cook, sit on floor to play with puppy as I click away….

My arm and hand get tired playing any slot game. This is what I do: I put the pointer from my mouse on “BET MAX” and carefully pickup the mouse and play the game holding the mouse in a more comfortable position.
sheljin says
I don’t think I have any really different tips than the ones already listed. I do alternate between using the betting “arm” or the “bet max” button when I think I need a change up. I like to think that makes a huge difference. lol lol
I don’t always have access to a laptop (and really don’t like playing on one usually), so I don’t always have the option of watching TV while playing slots. In those cases, I absolutely look for either a good chatty room so I can join in, or drama, for lack of a better word. I don’t know if it would be appropriate or not, but if we ever have a weekend thread dedicated to weird Pogo chat stories, I have a doozy of a one to share! lol lol
On a side Ali Baba note, those rank icons are BEAUTIFUL! What a shame that Pogo does such pretty work which no one can really every get to see, especially once they leave that particular rank. There are certain games that I really wish you could pick & choose among different rank icons for your badge, rather than just the badges. I would list Blooop and Pogo Bowl, and now Ali Baba slots with those.

I get the game screen as close as possible to the edge of the screen
and then I find a tv program or movie to watch on the computer and watch that and just click, click and click..
