  4. easy peasy badges this week again, ty pogo!!lol..keno pop just click and wait, sometimes that last ball is slowwwwwww..i also clicked auto pick often, to change up the numbers..i hadnt gotten mahjong yet, but thats easy peasy too, just pick what level of play ur comfy with(easy medium and hard)and u dont have to make identical matches for them either, happy badge hunting!

  8. Finished with the keno, it was really fast and easy. Will do Mahjong Gardens after turkey day!

  10. Keno Pop took about 10 minutes and Mahjong took a little less than an hour. I played the entire game in Mahjong, didnt click new game after matching the flowers.

  12. Heres a thought. Where is the fun in Pogo Games if you dont even play out the game? Just picking the flowers and hitting new games just seems……… And Tigger I tried not matching the flowers and didnt get credit for them. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!!!!!!

  14. I’m with you RV, what’s the fun in not playing the game and getting up in ranks? I love mahjong but i hardly play it so i’m a bit rusty. i’m at 15/60 after about 15 mins of play though so it’s definitely not a bad badge. keno pop was easy they should’ve made it 70,000 instead LOL
    GL everyone i think i’m gonna pick another long personal this week.

  15. For those of you that don’t like mahjong garden theres a glitch that helps you get the badge really quick. When you make make you 1st identical flower match click undo and rematch 3 more times. Then hit new game. It will give you credit you all 4 matches.

    • Everyone: just the usual word of warning. Paige’s ‘glitch’ may work but it doesn’t mean that it won’t violate Pogo’s TOS and won’t invalidate any winnings you may receive in a Jackpot Spin. In the end, it’s up to you. Read Pogo’s TOS and decide for yourself if you want to take advantage of a glitch or bug in the game.

  16. Quick question, I hope…How many power ups can u save in Keno? i forgot. I dont plan to use them, but to save em up for the Trip PBA which calls for u to play 15 power ups. Might as well horde em while i can. Thanks.

  17. For RV # 12 – You are correct, the flowers need to be matched in order for them to count. The description for the badge says match identical flower tiles. And I also agree that not playing the entire game is not much fun.

  18. I Didnt realize MG was a badge for this week and so i did a mix and match for it 2 days ago lol..I realized it was when i was half way done with it…I got kenp pop really fast and MG was easy enough….I also did 2 more mix and matches and it took less than 3 hours to get 4 badges!!! 🙂

  21. Found out can save 9 powerups in Keno. I finished the challenge and only had 5 saved, so I promptly loaded a Keno weekly and another MnM and got my saved 9 powerups. Multi-tasking, gotta love it.

  22. I got the kenopop one in 17 minutes. I played one game in mahjong, and decided to do some housework. I am also trying to do a premium badge in there so I will be occupied for a bit. I will probably choose a longer personal badge this week too.

  23. why in the world would anyone want to ruin there pogo games,and accounts playing like that,i call that cheating .the badges were easy . the only time i press new game is when i cant finish it , the game will tell you to do so but i guess some people are luckyto finish. i agree to whats the fun in playing for a abadge if you have to do this even in the game they are telling you how to play it with the gitches, and if you never knew what to do people wouldnt answer you but there first to tell you cheat and proud of it

  24. Really not many tips I can give this week…

    Kenopop: This badge is very easy; it should only take about 20 minutes, if not less.

    Mahjong garden: The easy way to play this game is to click the hint button every time. (I don’t like this game very much, but this is the way I played it when I was working on my mini awards.)

    • Mari: you never know. I won a car in a sweepstakes once. 🙂 I know most people don’t care, but I at least want people to know what they’re risking if they decide to use a ‘glitch’ or a ‘cheat’. I suppose Pogo could take your account away from you too, but you’re right… it’s all pretty unlikely. AS IF! 🙂

  27. Forgot to add(yes i am forgetful) Playing MG earlier this week i won 5 gems on a spin!@!!! YIPPIE!!! of course i needed 10,000 tokens to win the badge but hey its 5 less gems i need to buy LOL

  29. Mahjong Garden was fairly simple. If you find yourself stuck and cant spot a match, you can either click on Hint or Show All on the bottom. The only downside to doing so (if you consider it to be one) is you get the time penalty of 10 seconds for clicking on Hint and 20 seconds for clicking on Show All. I received my badge in less than an hour.

    Keno Pop just make sure to wager the maximum and you should have it in no time. I had never played the game before and wagered only 1 and ended up getting my badge around rank 14, so for those of you who dont want to bet 100…dont have to, just takes a little longer to get.

  30. I was doing the soda game and I got about 1,000 tokens and it says services temp unavaible… Any 1 have this problem?

  39. I was in Mahjong for awhile and I had 36 tiles toward the badge. Then I exited the page to come back later. A few hours later I come back and I lost all the ones I did (it started all over again). 8(
    Does anyone know why or how this happened?

  40. I, too am having a lot of problems in MG, no credits were given to me, I should have 12/60 so far, but, either i freeze or get booted, if I can even get in to begin with. Keno Pop was very easy and fun. Oh well, bk to MG and keep plugging away until the game is fixed. I went into a room w/only 3 players and it said game room is full. Regardless, A Very Happy Thanksgiving to all, enjoy your family and friends and GL on all the badges you’ve all chosen. GBUA…….Carol C.

  42. For those of you that are having problems freezing or getting booted, I quit and restart my browser ( I have safari) regularly. It works for me, as I never have the problems described above. Might not apply to a PC, but worth a try.

  43. I only played til I had all 4 flower groups matched up, and I was on the snake puzzle to boot! Since Im ranked out, I dont see a point in playing out. This is more fun than doing win 15 games for the umpteenth time; wheres the originality in a badge like that? I enjoy more creative challenges.

  45. Keno pop and Mahjong are 2 games I dont play.. Played keno when it first came out but thats it.. So I am happy that this weeks badges will be somewhat of a challenge for me.. Keno Pop Should be easy and Mahjong will take a little bit more time which I dont mind at all.. Actually realized I like both games and will try to rank up in each game..

    Since I didnt make it in time last week for comments I will say it again.. Happy belated (very belated) B-day Lura.. and Happy Thanksgiving to all!! Excited lots of pogo items are on sale.. Should be sleeping but I am too busy buying mini items and badges 🙂 again may you all have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!!

    I didnt see a thread for the BUY2GET1 sale, but you have to use uppercase letters when you enter the code. I used the code twice, for 2 deals so it does work multiple times. Just enter 3 badges at a time.

  50. MG is one of my favorite games so I always finish the game. Yesterday I did have one game I couldn’t finish even though I ‘backed up’ a couple of times. There was one flower left so I was short one and had to do another game to finish but it’s all good.

    For y’all having problems, I’ve not had those kinds of problems, sorry you are. Unlike Don, I can’t seem to play in Safari at all without it freezing up, and when it does everything freezes, I can’t even restart my machine, I have to go to the main power. I just routinely play in Firefox. I wish Pogo and Mac would get together because it’s a PITA. I can’t play any of the dozen dowloadable Pogo games I have, I have to use my PC laptop.

  51. Cindy4764: If u are having problems with safari on a mac, perhaps u dont have the latest version of Java. They made some changes that specifically addressed the problems experienced with Pogo. Might be worth trying!

  52. Hi all, Happy Thanksgiving! For Keno Pop! bet max, 100 tokens per game. The colored balls are special and use the power-ups.
    For Mahjong Garden I play on Easy, you have 3 free cells to store tiles until you find a match for them. Good Luck All.

  53. I use Safari exclusively for Pogo and have zero problems. The thing you have to remember is, like every browser out there (IE/Firefox/Etc) that has tabbed browsing, it saves all your recently opened tabs in active memory. Many of Pogos games take up huge amounts of memory. Before I play anything on Pogo, I completely quit my browser (apple+Q dont just close the window it wont work that way) so that all the memory is freed up. Open Safari again and just go to Pogo. This trick also helps with any of the Mozilla browsers as they all have the same memory scheme… it doesnt work so well with IE because IE is always open in windows as it is used as the user interface. (Dont believe me, type pogo dot com into any menu bar. 🙂 )

    Since going to club membership Safari has run all the games I need… well, I do have to switch computers for Dinner Dash, but you cant win them all. I do hate the run around you get from Pogo CS if you are having trouble on a Mac, so if anyone is really having difficulty submit a help request (so maybe theyll take a hint and pay more attention to us) and give me a yell here. Ive been Apple certified thanks to an old job and am ready and willing to help. 9 times out of 10 though, just quitting everything and only browsing Pogo when playing fixes everything. Happy Turkey Day to everyone from the US!

  54. Easy Week!, but actually enjoyment (sorta!)
    Not a big fan of Mahjong at all, but at first thought it was going to be torture, but actually just hit new game after I got the flower tiles and got 4 each time, which only had to do this 15 times.

    Never play in a room if you see almost everyone’s token amounts at 0, and people complaining about being booted. Usually a server issue and you’ll lose your progress… just wait a few hours till it’s resolved. or a whole day if it takes Pogo that long to fix.

  56. Gecko: I totally agree, u do need to quit safari and restart. I do it after 2 or 3 different games on Pogo, and always do it just before going to Pogo. I did get an update to Java a couple of months ago, and that seemed to help also. re: 44 and 53 above.
    My turkey isnt happy, but I am!

  57. don and Gecko, thanks Very much for your hints. I’ll check my version of Java but I think I have the latest. I’m new to Mac, about 2 months, so am still have a lot to learn. I didn’t realize part of the problem was the ‘opened tabs’.

    I actually find I can’t play the card games on the Mac either. It will open the popup window for the selection of card rooms you choose from, but when I click on a chair to get the pop up for options, only the top L quarter of the window opens. I keep my laptop on my desk and pull it out to play all the card games. Weird. I will try again after trying some of these hints.
