Pogo is holding another Mini Look-alike contest.
The 2012 Match Your Mini contest is open for entries between now and May 21st. You’ll also get 5,000 tokens for clicking through to that link — it’s also listed on our free Pogo tokens page.
For inspiration, you might want to check out last year’s winners.
Pogo will choose three winners around June 11th and display their photos and Minis on the Pogo web site. The winners will also receive 350 Gems. Be sure to check out the official rules before entering.

Pogo is retiring three Premium Badge Albums in just a few short hours:
Haunted Pogo (released 10/05/2010)
Pogo Turns 10 (released 09/08/2009)
Winter Wonderland (released 12/07/2010)
It doesn’t look like Pogo will be offering a coupon code or sale for these albums, so if you want them now is the time to purchase. (There are no guarantees, but even if Pogo offers a coupon code or sale during the final hours today, their customer service has historically been very accommodating about giving refunds retroactively.) Do not delay — in the past when Pogo has said an album retires on a certain date, it retired the moment the calendar flips over to that certain date.
Today is your last day to get these retiring albums.
Note: five more albums are going into the vault on May 19th as well. It’s still not clear whether Pogo will have a coupon or sale for these, so stay tuned here for reminders as it gets closer to their retirement date.

Pogo has released shopping-related Mini items into the Mini Mall this morning. Mall, store, and bazaar scenes and some new clothing are now available. The limited-time items in this release are set to disappear on June 6th and July 18th.
In addition, a few new pets have come to visit including a “Beautiful Bengal” tiger and an often-requested Border Collie dog.
