Lura is Officially On Maternity Leave!

Coming Soon: BABY! Surprise! I’m now on maternity leave. Again!

I’m going to be taking some time off and plan to return to the normal schedule within a few months as life permits. For those of you who were here during my first maternity leave in 2009 when the site was on hiatus until I returned, things will be a little different this time. I’ve brought on some superb helpers who are going to keep the best parts of the site going while I step away temporarily. My goal is to make sure that you can all continue to get the Pogo news and info in a timely manner, have a place to talk about it, and get the help you need.

Please take a moment to read below for some information on how things will be different for a little while:

What about my daily answers/hot shots/etc?
The regular daily posts will still continue each morning:

- Trivial Pursuit Daily 20 Answers
- Crossword Cove Solutions
- BadgeHungry Hot Shots

Other parts of the site will continue to be updated but only as time permits; expect things to lag a little behind. For example, it might take a few days for the Badge Tracker and informational pages on the site to reflect recently-released badges and updates.

Where will I get my Pogo news/info/tips now?
Right here, of course! At the top of the BadgeHungry home page you will see a post called “Pogo News & Information”. This will replace the regular posts that cover releases and general Pogo news. We’ll all be relying upon you and the rest of the BadgeHungry community to share important information, news, releases, and updates with us in the comments; see the first post on the home page for more details.

What if I need help?
The best place to get help is the Q&A section of this site, which will be unaffected by my leave. Use the search box to look for your answer and if you can’t find help, just post a question. You can also use the comments of any Pogo News & Information post to ask for help.

Who cares about this Pogo stuff? Tell me about the baby!
Even those of you who have gotten to know me personally know that I prefer to keep my personal life personal, ~~but I will make sure you all know when the baby is here. A sneak preview for those of you who really must know: it’s a girl (!!!), and she’s due in early May!~~ Update: she arrived on 4/29! See comment #126 for details! :)

Re-Release: Mix-n-Match Badges Back from the Vault

From now until April 27th, get 12 previously-retired Mix-n-Match badges while they are back from the vault. These badges were all released in between 2006 and 2009 and are now available for 16 Gems.
