Happy Weekend Everyone!
Michelle wrote in this week with a great topic for this weekend’s open thread:
Is there a Pogo game you never thought you’d learn to play, but now you’re hooked on it or really good at it?
The weekend open thread is for any questions or comments that don’t fit in anywhere else on the site. Are you working on a specific goal right now? Are you ranking out in a particular game, or working on getting to a certain number of badges?

I hope you all have a wonderful Spring weekend. Thanks so much for stopping by to chat with us! This weekend’s topic question came from MomsBassetHound:
If you could have a Pogo artist make just one badge icon what would it be? Be descriptive: not just a flower, tell us what kind of flower and what color.
As usual, you don’t have to stick to the topic at-hand here, the weekend open thread is open to any Pogo-related discussions you’d like to have. Share a game tip, ask for help with a badge, or stop in and let us know your recent accomplishments. Check in a few times over the weekend, read a few comments, and say hi. We may be “badge hungry” but we won’t bite.

And Happy Easter! As we head into the holiday weekend, I thought I’d dig back into the archives to find an old topic we haven’t used in a while. This one was from two years ago and I was drawn to it especially after what felt like week after week of badges in hidden object games! Don’t get me wrong — I’ll take a HOG challenge over one in Shuffle Bump any day. What about you?
What three games would you like to see more badges in? What three games would you like to see less badges in?
Weekend open threads are open every Friday afternoon through Sunday evening. You’re free to discuss anything Pogo-related, the discussion topics provided are just a guideline. It’s a perfect place to ask for help with badges, offer help, or chat about the Pogo topics that are important to you.

Did you know that the upcoming week’s challenges are previewed here on BadgeHungry? Early this week, Bobbi mentioned she’d set Amazing Adventures up ahead of time so that she could earn the badge quickly on Wednesday morning. Pre-setting a game for a challenge isn’t always possible, but with this week’s Amazing Adventures badge it was. Playbitty had also thought this would be a good weekend open thread topic:
If the challenge allows, do you ever set up your games ahead of time?
Every week more and more Pogo fans are coming to BadgeHungry for their Pogo news and information! Welcome! For those of you who are new here: the weekend open thread is a weekly feature here every Friday afternoon through Sunday evening. I almost always ask a question, so even if you’re shy about joining in you’ll have something to talk about. But don’t let that stop you from discussing anything Pogo-related that’s on your mind. Weekend Open Thread is Open!

Pogo’s March Mayhem promotion this week has been a lot of fun, and I know a lot of you took advantage of some of the deals they offered but others fell a little flat. The Claire Hart sale on Thursday was a rare treat, and Wednesday’s BOGO on all types of premium badges was different type of coupon than Pogo had ever done before. Just out of curiosity:
What’s your favorite type of deal on Pogo?
The weekend open thread is a regular feature here at BadgeHungry, open to comments from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening. You’re open to talk about any Pogo-related things on your mind or the discussion topic above.

I was looking back through old weekend open threads for inspiration for this week’s question and stumbled across a goodie, one that I haven’t asked in almost a year. For those of you who participated last time, has your answer changed to this question?
What is your favorite Pogo game, and why?
The weekend open thread is a regular feature at BadgeHungry. Every weekend, we chat about the discussion topic, or anything else Pogo-related. It’s a great place to test the waters of commenting and introduce yourself, ask for help with a badge, or talk about Pogo with friends.

Back at the end of November we talked about the easiest badge to earn on Pogo. Well, of course, it’s only fair to ask this question:
What is the hardest badge to earn at Pogo, and why?
For those of you new here, the weekend open thread is a post open to comments from Friday through Sunday of each week. We usually have a discussion topic and/or question listed — and it’d be great if you would share your thoughts on that — but you can also use the post to leave comments or ask questions about anything Pogo-related that’s on your mind.

Some of you may have noticed that there was no BadgeHungry Extras post this week — I just don’t have a lot of extra news I haven’t already covered with a full post. (If you missed a day or two, check the sidebars under New and Coming Soon for the latest news.) I do, however, have this great weekend discussion question submitted a while back by sweetandprecious:
Have you ever reset your ranks in a game? If so, why? And was it a good decision?
Weekend open thread posts are open for comments every Friday afternoon through Sunday evening. You’re free to discuss anything Pogo-related, the discussion topics provided are just a guideline. I’m curious as to what people do when there’s a personal challenge marathon like there is this week. I know some of you are still working on older yearly albums, so I’m sure the extra personal challenge helps get you closer to completion, and I know some of you who are up-to-date just pick personal challenges for extra tokens. And I even know some of you who don’t do them at all.
Do you use your personal challenges each week? If so, what for?
Feel free to also use the comments here to discuss anything Pogo-related that didn’t fit in anywhere else this week. The weekend open thread is open!
