would someone help me load a new credit card to my account?

I have a new visa card, and it is fine for 2 of my accounts. But, on my other account, yes, I have 3 of them, it will not let me use it. I have used live chat repeatedly and they can’t help. Any suggestions or ides? I am getting frustrated. I have always used the same card on 3 of my accounts and now what’s up with it?

ty but I did try all that and nothing works for me – pogo help is NO help either at all

I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but you should try customer support again. Sometimes it’s just a matter of getting a representative who is actually willing and able to help you.

It could be that Visa thinks Pogo is a gambling site and won’t allow it for that reason. I know after online gambling became illegal a lot of people had problems using their Visa’s even though they weren’t using them for gambling websites. I am not sure if that’s the case here but you may want to look at your Visa terms and see if it’s a “blocked card”

I will try them again and again until I get the right person. And, pogo now, does not take a debit card – I did not know this one.

Yes, Avsgirl, the help chat person said pogo no longer accepts debit cards. i do not know if this was ever announced.

very strange.. did you take out the old info under your suscription info where the cr card info is..try taking it all out and going out and coming back in and try entering it then i use the same credit card for everything on here.. gl
