Purchased 3 download games in 2010. Had to get new hard drive. Now cannot activate even though I have the Reg Key. Pogo does not recognize the email address I have used for years. Go to EA Help for legacy purchases and that does not recognize the game (Tri Peaks2) so cannot communicate with them.

Thanks Brenda. I’ve done as you suggested, and am hoping for results… but will be shocked if I get them. Don’t like Pogo changing all the rules after the fact, after people have purchased downloadable games… but hey, I will survive. Thanks.

Very prompt service from Oberon, which included new Reg. Key for each of the three games. Just one more question, which maybe someone here knows. It seems The Poppit Show and Majong Garden Delux are no longer affiliated with Pogo, and pay in their own brand of “points”. When I played Tri-Peaks 2, that game recognized me as a Pogo player, and paid winnings in Pogo tokens. Can anyone confirm that the first two games don’t pay in Pogo tokens any longer? Appreciate the help here.

OK, one more question…. I see Pogo website still selling these three games on a download for $6.99 each. I guess I’m confused why I had to go to Oberon, just because mine was a legacy purchase from 2010? Pogo now wants you to pay a monthly fee to access all the games, OR I have to buy these three (really two) games again if I want Pogo tokens rather than generic points?

stretchdogg: in December Pogo changed their downloads from Oberon to iWin (neither was/is readily apparent from the Pogo Downloads web site but Pogo doesn’t do much else than advertise the games and take a percentage of the profit).

You can buy any game for $9.99 or if you sign up for a monthly membership it’ll cost less. I still think Big Fish Games is a better deal overall and has better support than iWin.
