Priority codes not working?

have 2 accts. priority codes work on one and not the other. other people can send mini items to the first account but not the second. Why? have set them both at default and still doesn’t work. Why?

I don’t understand what you mean by priority codes.
As for receiving gifts you may have to change your privacy settings. Sometimes you have to “undo” what you want, save, and shut down your browsers. Then go back into your privacy settings and make them the way you want them, save, and shut down your browsers. Hopefully that will fix it.
If both are not Club Pogo accounts the one that isn’t would not be able to receive mini items that are for members only.
