can NOT get answer via mail (waited 5 days ) re: log in problems at check out for purchases,

    I would try live chat….here are Lura’s step by step instructions………..

    And if I am waiting for an answer I email them every 2 days until my problem is solved, although I’ve only had to do that once.

    Problem is I CAN NOT LOG IN !!! It (pogo) allows my password for everything BUT log ins to purchase items and access help………..it keeps telling me its not valid. BUT it’s the same one I use to and w/o difficulty, log into POGO. I’m at a loss. How do we the paying members get help? Tried to use chat via different account and I’m told it’s not active st this time.. What is up with POGO !?

    Live chat has never been available 24/7. Just try again at a different time. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

    I’m just another Club Pogo member. There is nothing that anyone here can do about a problem on Pogo’s website. We just try to help each other if we can.

    THANK YOU MOMS…….BUT THERE MUST BE A WAY FOR A MEMBER TO CONTACT pogo FOR HELP. SOMEONE MUST HAVE HAD THE NEED . ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS HELP TO CONTACT POGO TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. THIS IS FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST.

    For me in the UK, I spoke to EA Customer Services (UK) by phone a couple of months back regarding an issue with a Pogo Prize.

    They were very limited on what they can help with when it comes to Pogo.

    The telephone support agent basically said I would either have to Email Customer Support or use the Live Chat feature to obtain further help.

    I’m sure this will be the same for EA Customer Services in the US.

    If you can’t use the Live Chat feature for any reason, emailing them is the last resort.

    Just to add…

    Depending on the nature of your issue, it might take longer than 5 days to here back from Pogo support. Regarding my issue, I waited over a month.

    Thanks all……………….BUT the problem is I can’t log into pogo help to email and the email I last sent was to customerexperienve @EA.com and we all know that address is not active anymore . So I am at a total loss.
    Pogo allows my PW to log into site but not into anything else like purchases or help, etc.
    POgomeans I go nowhere………and await the end of my membership. SAD !

    Tab I am in the US and got into customer service chat just yesterday. I use my screen name (not my email address) and never have an issue. In fact the rep came on in about 1 minute. Perhaps try your email as an alternative to log in?

    Thanks, but the problem is it (POGO) will NOT accept my password to log in to anything but the site, and yes I have even tried to change PW but can’t because it won’t accept PW again. Vicious circle. !!

    POGO TAKES MY PW TO LOG ON THE SITE BUT NOTHING ELSE…..THUS I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP MY SELF W/O THEIR ASSIST WHICH I CAN NOT ACCESS…………………..CRAZY…..BUT TRUE.
